It was a sunny and quiet afternoon when I heard faint bursts of laughter and giggles drifting in from outside.
Curious what's happening, I put down what I'm doing and stepped out onto our porch.
As I peeked around, my curious and playful son, Ryzen, enjoyed himself with his best friend, Lava, our gentle and patient dog.
With a playful grin, Ryzen scooped up some moist soil from the garden and gently placed it on Lava's head.
Lava, with her soft eyes and wagging tail, looked up at Ryzen with no hint of annoyance.
Instead, she patiently let him continue, her calm demeanor showing how much she trusted her little human friend.
On the other hand, Ryzen giggled as he watched the dirt settle on Lava's fur.
He was laughing at his own silliness, and Lava happily endured the playful act.
After that, I decided to teach Ryzen a little about patience and understanding, just like our beloved dog Lava.
Although Lava was the most gentle and patient dog we knew, she was still a dog with her own instincts and playful spirit.
She might get excited, curious, or playful at times, just like any dog.
So, I explained to Ryzen how to gently pet Lava, emphasizing the importance of being gentle and respectful.
As of now, Ryzen is still playing with Lava but also respects her nature.
