I joined Hive earlier this year through a friend who introduced me to it. I have always wanted to share my knowledge with the public, and I discovered that Hive is the correct platform for that. I wasn’t sure how to go about it, but I thank God for the grace of a good friend who helped me navigate the whole process and I found out it had so many communities where you can contribute to the learning of people. Since I joined I’ve learned how to construct and research. I love the fact that you are bringing in your idea based on whatever topic you choose or thereby given to you.
Hive has given me exposure to diverse aspects of life, and people. The first one is the fact that it helps build a community not only for the post but the relationship between community members mostly grows beyond which helps bring two like people together sharing their knowledge, and impact. It also builds confidence in me, I reminder when I joined I thought of how to cope, how will I pass my message across, I wasn’t sure if my message would be accepted but it wasn’t that hard as I thought it would be, after my introduction publication I was welcome warmly which makes me feel ohh I can share whatever I have here and you he fact that if there is any mistake in your writing they don’t ridicule or insult you but will always get corrected in love.

Personally, consistency is one thing I have been battling with for a long period, and it has set me back in most areas of life. After I joined Hive I stopped for a while giving excuses for my nonchalant behavior. During this time I stopped I realized I am far behind, and I don't have visibility like every other person who had started with me. I have learnt on Hive that you need to be consistent and that is the only way you can get better over time no matter how bad your writing is, There are people to encourage and correct you and with consistency involved, you gain to get more visibility in each community you have joined. And since I have woken up to see the bright side of consistency not only on Hive but in every area which is making me achieve what I thought I couldn't achieve. I have learnt how to express my opinion in writing, shedding light on things most people aren't aware of, or rather ignore.
I have learnt to do many things, how to use Discord, and the other day I read about the meaning of Hive PowerPoint, its uses, and how to increase. My main achievement is that I’m gaining more knowledge from Hive and also being able to impact my own knowledge to other people.
