Greetings to you!!!
I am so excited to finally be on this awesome platform. This looks too good to be real but I have come to see with my eyes. Of course the world is evolving daily, and hive is a product of the many innovations that has evolved in technology. I had serious doubts when I saw invitations from my friend and brother @ovey10 about hive.
Now from the part of the world where I come from, people don't do things except there is some material gains attached, I mean financial gains actually because meeting new and great minds and great acts is "material gains" for me. To make this clearer I want to say that I am a lover or art(craft, stories, poems, music).
So as I was saying, beyond the "financial gains" accompanied by this platform, I am so excited to finally be here to connect with y'all, learn new stuffs, get entertained, share( of course i want to also make impact).
I forgot to mention that I go by the name Wilson Alexander, I hail from Nigeria. From a peculiar people of Eggon from Nasarawa Eggon, Nasarawa State. I speak English, Hausa and Eggon languages fluently. I was born in Nasarawa Eggon but I grew up in Akwanga where I currently reside, had the opportunity to school and graduate from the prestigious University of Jos, Jos, Plateau State where I spent almost 3/4 of my life there. Someone may be guessing my age already? I'll tell you about my life in Jos but not in this post(let's stick to introduction😏).
So as I said earlier, I am a lover of arts. I so much love creativity of any kind. The beauty of being able to create and furnish something that is new and has meaningful impact to as many who would come in contact with it. Among all arts, I love stories a lot, my mom used to tell me that while growing up, I used to read anything that I come across. Love for stories birthed the love for poems and of course I found myself getting addicted to music.
And you know, this has pushed me and inspired me to begin to write. I write stories, poems and of course songs which I will count it as a honor to share some of my arts with you guys over here.
I will not skip this, I am a farmer. I farm both crops and animals. Someone once said farming is also an art, I was like wow.
But do you think so? I will share with you subsequently more about the animals aspect because it gives me a more sense of relaxation which gives me more reason to consider it an art🤔.
I am trusting and believing that hive would be a medium for my growth and personal sharpening as I am always ready to learn new things and new innovations. I hope to meet new friends, mentors and of course mentees as growth comes.
