Adhering to the already made system should be the first step to Improvement as a community.
Good day Champs and Hivers! I trust this writings meet you well.
Firstly what is a community ? I mean what makes a person describe an area and called it "community "?... Well to my perspective its a place where a group of people living together and having a particular characteristic in common. Did you all noticed that ending part of the definition "having the same characteristics in common" in relation to Hive reach out community it is a togetherness of me and you, sharing like minds, play you can picture or imagine it this way that Hive reach community is like a library where every member of the group goes to get a book depending on the section of creativity either content writing, video graphy, photography, art e.t.c.
Then you noticed Hive reach out community is like a citadel of learning not just a mere community and yes I will always give a shout out to @ovey10 especially for the " unending reminder on engagement to us all Hivers on the group chat " You can't stay in a community where you don't want to talk to anybody ? I don't think so. As learning never ends so as growth never stops in this aspect we keep advancing and improving .
Most of the few things I would emphasize on though have already been adopted in making this reach out community a better place if not the best, in the aspect of on-boarding newbies and nurturing them to get a firm stand, this just reminds me of the saying "when you travel alone you go fast but when you travel together we go far" that is what Hive reach out community does.
Reflecting on the theme how to can "We" make this lovely community become better, is another way of saying in what ways me and you Hivers can continuing growing better heading to the best and beyond if any, is just by adhering and advancing it's already adopted protocols or system like the No plagiarism, no spamming and among others, and to your personal growth and the community growth as well I belive it is a "me and you " thing that makes up a community so:--
Always stay accountable to your writing goals.
Always get valid point of view in your feedback (comment section).
Imagine sharing your work and getting constructive criticism that helps you identify strength and improvement, you cultivate a more discerning eyes on your own writing .
We can be versatile by networking and finding your village. (you are more of a photographer than a singer or a writer, find your base.)
Then we as writers can learn more in writing and craft or pattern. to Improving your writing skills is a journey and yes can be challenging and best to rewarding. Whether you are a novice or seasoned writer the goal of a community is to provide wealth of resources and opportunities for collaboration and network expansivity.
Sharing prompt and finding inspiration not to be stuck ,I like this last part because Hive reach out community has been doing this just as the week prompt says " how can we make hive community become better " you know on a Monday morning to some writer staring at a blank page and can be daunting, so that adoption of weekly prompt ease the stress and always create a spark of creativity and thinking outside the box on a weekly bases.
With adherence to all these as a community wouldn't be a problem, we as a community can't be better when the rules and protocols or system is still breached by the same us? Charity they say begins at home" from you and me" if that is done and adhere to then automatically we're advancing. Let's us start with what's on ground. These then we make the Moderators, Admins to be more focused and creating partnership with other communities , Guest blogging (invitation of bloggers to share their insight). And the curation and sharing our content because how captivating and interesting it is.
Growth or advancement in aspect of Hive reach out community is infinity it does not have an end, we keep evolving and but we must start from the simple basics .
