I greet you all.I am @ekojah. I am glad to write on this topic :
"How Can We Make The Hive Reachout Community Better?"
The Hive Reachout Community has been a beacon of hope and opportunity for many individuals, providing a platform for connection, growth, and development.
I was able to reacheout to so many
individual because of the knowledge and inspiration I gained from this wonderful community. As a community, we have made significant forums and connections in promoting the values of Hive and fostering a sense of belonging among our members. However, as with any community, there is always room for improvement. In this my blog ,I will explore some strategies for making the Hive Reachout Community an even better place for all of us including the newbies
First and foremost, I would like to express my profound or deepest appreciation to the leadership of the Hive Reachout Community for their tireless efforts in building and nurturing this vibrant community. Your dedication and commitment to the growth and development of Hive have not gone unnoticed. As we move forward, it is essential that we continue to build on the foundation laid by our leaders.
One way to achieve this is by conducting frequent online meetings via WhatsApp or other platforms. These meetings can be scheduled on a weekly basis, with a fixed day and time to ensure that all members can attend. This will provide an opportunity for members to stay updated on community activities, news, and developments. Moreover, it will foster a sense of community and belonging, as members will be able to interact with one another and share their thoughts and ideas.
Another strategy for improving the hive reachout community is by appointing local community leaders in each state and their respective local government areas, streets, and communities. These leaders will be responsible for conducting weekly orientations and campaigns to promote Hive and its benefits. For instance, in Nasarawa state, leaders can be appointed in areas like Akwanga, Keffi, Karu, Lafia, and Maraba etc. This will help to root and ground newbies or new members, providing them with the necessary support and guidance.
In addition to online meetings and local leadership, practical training and face to face workshops are essential for equipping members with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the Hive ecosystem confidently. These sessions can cover topics such as how to register new members, how to withdraw funds or convert Hive to local currency, and how to use Hive platforms and tools effectively. By providing members with hands-on training and experience, we can empower them to take full advantage of the opportunities available within the community.
Furthermore, establishing mentorship programs can help to foster a sense of community and belonging among members. By pairing experienced members with newbies, mentors can provide guidance, support, and valuable insights to help new members grow and develop within the community.
Finally, it is essential that we establish a feedback mechanism that allows members to share their thoughts, suggestions, and concerns. This will help community leaders to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance the community.
In conclusion, the Hive Reachout Community has the potential to be an even more vibrant, supportive, and inclusive space for all members by
Allowing frequent online meeting via WhatsApp for update where all members can attend. This should be once in a week with a fixed day and time.
Let us appointment local community leaders in all states and their respective local government area, street and community for weekly orientation and campaign that will promote HIVE .for example, in Nasarawa state places like Akwanga, keffi, karu, Lafia, Maraba etc other states should have the same.
By so doing the newbies will be rooted and grounded.
As IAM talking to you now I don't know how to register people who are interested in Hive,I don't know how to withdraw money or convert HIVE to local currency before withdrawal simply because there is no physical contact for real training.
If we make our leaders in our community in the same location to have a physical, practical and one on one training. It will make so many people interested in HIVE .
Let us not monopolied the knowledge we have if we want HIVE reachout community to be a better place.
Online training is not sufficient enough . Some people are slow learners Who need to watch you teach them closely and ask questions before they understand. let us step it down to physical practical training and coaching. If we can be charged to pay little token is okay by me provided the required knowledge will be aquire by all of us and especially the newbies.
@ovey10 and other leaders should look into their schedule to share us into groups in all locations for frequent outreach.l observed that outreach activities are not found here much.Since this community is named HIVE reachout community, Reachout activities should be more here than any other activities.
Thank you for reading.lam @ekojah
.I hope you enjoyed my submission.God bless you.
