I am @ntul001 ,I bring to you my own approach in response to the weekly prompt 56 which is tagged ''Facing the trials of life''
Well in my way and knowledge about trials as discomfort and setbacks towards success. For me I see trials as a school to the crown called success.
I will share of the trials of life with you all. in the year 2009, I was a very young boy working tirelessly to see that I become that which I have ever dreamt of becoming. I wanted to become a priest in the Catholic faith,But I was struck suddenly with an ailment that lasted up to 4 years.
Now in this 4 years I was hospitalised,I could no longer go to school,my friends and colleagues left me behind,the nature of ailment required isolation,so I was moved away from my family and loved ones, I was refrain from walking because the only way I could work,was by the aid of people carrying me like a baby.
My family saw it as the end of the world to me as soon point they thought I was gonna die, to add to their pains was that I just wanna scholarship from my junior secondary to senior secondary,Till today I can't remember how it ended. I was moved uninformed from one hospital to another.
In all of this for one day I never saw it as my end. Not that I never felt bad,I even cried and wish I should die but inside my tears I reaffirmed myself that I will scale through if only I stop paying attention to the problem and rather focus on the solution.
Gradually everything went back to normal and I was on my feet again!
second major trail I faced was in the year 2021, I got admission into the university in the year 2019.
I payed for and accommodation with some friends that we both migrate from home together to school at that state and city. After our first semester we all went back home to come back for second semester. Along the line after two weeks of resumption into the second semester they quited me out of the house we both paid together, without refund of my own share the rent.
Guess what I left homeless, without cash to get a new accommodation. but God had his way I managed to squirt with someone until I found my way out. I left without making any trouble no one even heard the reason I left the apartment.
Can I shock you? today one of them is squirting with me,he was just posted to were I reside for his NYSC PPA.
I have never for once reminded him of the past or made trouble or even sort for revenge.
Dear friends,my approach to life trials is silence,
I avoid over complaining and murmuring.
I don't share my problems to anyone except a mentor or proven counsellor or spiritual head.
I look for solutions and forget focusing on my problems....
Stay positive trials are part of the success story....
