Hello everyone, My name is Teminijesu, and the short form is Teejay.
I was born in Benin City and raised in both Benin and Lagos/Ogun State. I attended Fountain of Greatness School for my primary education, then started my secondary school at Breakthrough and Champions International School, both located in Ogun State. I am currently a graduate of the University of Benin. I have served in various leadership positions, from being a prefect in secondary school to being an executive of my department's student body in the university.
My schooling experience was a remarkable one with different experiences. I also engaged in extracurricular activities by joining a recognized international society, becoming a registered member, and learning practical first aid, which I still practice, and I'm still a member.
My school path was both good and sometimes challenging and tiring. There were times I wasn't feeling myself and was faced with some challenges, but I scared through because of the grace of God. I also tried not to allow those times to affect my academic performance because I was determined to finish well and make my family proud, which I eventually did to the glory of God.
My goals have been to serve God, live an exemplary and fulfilling life, and become successful. My passion for creativity has driven me to venture into creative skills. As a result of my love for nature, I studied geology at the university, which made me appreciate our natural resources and God's creation.I have my personal moral standards, which I don't compromise, and they have really helped me over the years. God also blessed me with a wonderful family where we are one and show each other love in every way.
Although reserved, I am an interesting lady, fun to be with, a good thinker, and a reasonable person. I am also a child of God, and I don't like anything that compromises my personal belief. So far, I've met a number of people, some of whom are my friends and others acquaintances, but I am grateful for every one of them. I have learned, unlearned, and relearned. I appreciate my family and friends that have been sources of encouragement to me.
I was posted to Enugu State for my NYSC, and it has been a ride mixed with different experiences, feelings, and all. I honestly did not want to go to the place, being that it was new to me and all, but I still went. It hasn't been smooth, although I thank God for His guidance and the gift of the wonderful friends I made.
They have really been good, and also my fellowship family. I'll be rounding off my service very soon, and I look forward to a fresh start in another phase of life.
I heard about the Hive blockchain from a friend, @somuchgrace, and I decided to join. Thanks to her for the encouragement and thanks to the Hive blockchain for the opportunity to grow.
