Good day everyone,I want to welcome each and everyone one of you to this weekly prompt titled "April fool" and I want to wish each and everyone a happy new month,May this month be fruitful to all of us.
April fool is a day in which people play jokes and pranks on people in other to lighten up their mood and this jokes and pranks are harmless to the victim.
MY EXPERIENCE
In 2021,I traveled,I actually went to visit my elder brother and it happened that I traveled on the 30th of march and I was hoping to stay with him for two weeks before coming back.
Now on April 1st my colleague called me early in the morning telling me that one of my client want to see me and he came to the shop three times looking for me.
I told him why didn't he give my phone number to my client to call me he said my client have been trying to reach me but to no avail so he said I need to come back that very day and truly I have been expecting that client and my colleague knows about him so I quickly got up and arranged my things to come back that day my brother asked me why am going back so early have not even stay for three day or one week am already going.
So I explained everything to him and he said, didn't I Know that is 1st April hope my colleague is not playing prank with me I said no I have been expecting my client,and my client told me he will be coming to seeing for a particular work,and is just that he traveled that was why I decided to just come and visit him before he will come back.
So my brother said it's okay I can come back.while I was on transit my colleague keep on calling me,I have to rush back so I came back only to find out that my colleague pranked me although the client came the very day I traveled and he was told that I was not in town and he left saying he will chat me up on Whatsapp.
I was very angry with my colleague for playing such prank on me but I laughed at my self 😂for been fooled and not even knowing that it was April fool.
