Everyone in life always grow either personally, emotionally, mentally, physically or spiritually all this growth requires change.
Without change we can grow and without growth we can't change and as human their is always something that trigger us to change.
And there are alot of things that I will love to change about my self,but there's one thing that I will want to change about my self is self guilt .
In the past years have been torturing myself with self guilt I always blame my self for anything that happens to people that am close to I always see it that am the cause of them not been happy or them making bad decision.
I blame myself and that has make me to push people that really care about me away because I always think that am the reason for their problem.
But I came to understand that everyone has a choice and has the right to make decisions on their own am not the reason for people making those decisions because the choose to make the decision one their own,I didn't force them to make those decisions.
I have started taking a bold step to liberating myself from self guilt and am see results and one of the ways that have helped me to break free from self guilt is been mindful of interfering with people problem so that I don't end up blaming myself when things turn out to be different from what the expect.
And have learnt to treat myself with love, understanding and kindness that have also help me to break free from my self guilt
So to anyone who blame he/herself for people failure or bad decision should know that is never your fault and that you only seem to help with an idea but the choice and the decision the make comes from them.
You can try some of my tips that I use to break free from self guilt and know it's not easy but believe that you can do it.
You deserve to be happy,you deserve to be loved and you deserve to be cared for always remember that everyone.
