Hi there,
My name is Patience Amos Abene, also known as Zoe. I'm 22 years old, born and raised in Akwanga, Nasarawa State, Nigeria.
Nice meeting you here. I learnt about Hive from a brother and a mentor. I acknowledge @ovey10 for introducing me and taking me through the elementaries of Blockchain and Web3
As the third-born in my family and the first female child, I have always felt the weight of responsibility—to make my parents proud and to set a good example for my younger sister.
Well, I had beautiful family experience, where we share time together, play and have fun, bare each other's burden and grow together to fulfill destiny
In my local church, I served as an usher as its gladdens me rendering services to God.
Also belong to a sub-group in church called "The Girls Brigade Nigeria" where Ladies meet together to fellowship, equipping each other and being a soldier for Christ, I also play drums where I held the position of the Band Leader. I did that with so much joy cause it spank an atom of fulfilment in me.
I'm a music minister, I love to sing rendering worship to God. And thank God for my spiritual Father @ayakaliman the set man of Rechabites Family Worship Network International where I have privileges to be mentored, given platforms to sing and bless lives, learning to live the God kind of life.
Growing up, I struggled with inferiority complex and often felt like I wasn’t enough. Nothing about me seemed extraordinary during my primary and secondary school years, and I longed for something to make me stand out. After graduating from secondary school, I faced a three-year waiting period before finally gaining admission to study nursing—a journey that has been both challenging and rewarding. Now in my final year, I’m pushing through despite the hurdles and setbacks along the way.
I also belong to fellowship in school "Fellowship Of Christian Nurses" where christian nurses come together to learn of God and how to render holistic care to patients or clients.
Beyond nursing, I have a deep passion for writing and mentoring young girls in a godly way, helping them discover their worth and purpose. What once seemed impossible for me—speaking in public—is now something I do with confidence.
In addition to my studies and mentoring, I also run a business where I sell skincare products, nutritional supplements, and perfumes.
Through it all, I continue to grow, determined to be a voice of encouragement and inspiration to others, especially young girls who may be facing the same struggles I once did.
