Warm greetings to all friends of the # architecture + design community, I am deltasteem from Aceh province of Indonesia.
I work in the wood section, making various kinds of furniture home and All other furnishings made of wood including minibar tables cafe furniture, today I am sharing one of my furniture / crafts, which is to make a table minibar kafe with a very simple design .
In the picture it is written that the length of the minibar is 220cm x the width of the frame is 50 cm, although it is written in the picture the width of the table is 60 cm, I have reduced it by 10 cm for variation due of the top of the frame cover,
I use a 12mm plywood with a width of 60cm so that the results are slightly protruding 5cm forward and 5cm backwards at the top of the minibar to make it look prettier.
For the height of 110cm, I made the frame by slightly raising the first bulkhead of the main posts by about 5cm so that the lower floor does not touch the floor soil directly So that air can slightly enter the minibar room from below.
In the picture it is written with the length of the minibar 220cm x 60cm x110cm. This minibar consists of 3 floors left-right and 2 middle floors and the results of the minibar series are like this.
This minibar table frame is made of pine wood with a wood size of 2.5cm x 4cm the advantages of this wood are that it is light and the price is cheaper, I spent 2.5 days working on the this series ..
For the front wall / front cover of the minibar, I made it from pine planks that I trim and a little I put a line to make it look like an arrangement brick .
At the bottom of the front wall, left-right and rear sides, I gave a brown lis so that when I paint it, the minibar table looked a little different from the color of the lis on the other parts.
For the left-right side and the inside of the minibar i also use pine board and to cover the series of poles and the corners of the minibar I stick the lis with the same wood color and this is the result ..
On the top floor / main floor of the minibar, I gave a 12mm thick triple and I also gave the lis on the front of the floor to make it look luxurious and this is the result ..
After all the parts of the sequence were finished, to smooth all the wood parts I used sand paper and I rubbed them manually by hand and to smooth everything and prepare all the sequences I spent 4 days.
And after finishing the refinement for the next stage, namely painting, for painting I use impra clear gloss paint / transparent color paint so that this minibar looks like natural wood color and for the painting process I do it manually.
After all the painting process is complete, this is the result .
This is the architecture result of my work today, hope you can enjoy it in the process of this work I took for 8 days
Thank you for visiting @deltasteem's post today.
