Hello everyone! I hope all of you are doing good.
In recent years, Korean and Japanese culture have been increasingly favored by people in Indonesia. Especially Kpop and K-drama culture, I think not only in Indonesia but all over the world. For me, this is nothing new because I've been a kpop fan for a long time and have been watching k-dramas since I was young. But these days, the Korean wave is really taking over. From young children to people with families, now many of them like kpop and K-drama. Of course this is used by people to do business. Recently a mall located in Kuningan, South Jakarta became a big hit because it designed places like streets in Korea and Japan. The name of the mall is Lotte shopping avenue. And the place I mean is named Lotte Alley. Lately, Lotte Alley has become one of the most visited places, especially for the South Jakarta area.
About a month ago my friend and my cousin went to lotte shopping avenue. We've been wanting to visit Lotte Alley for a long time but haven't had the chance. Because the three of us are kpop and k-drama lovers, so we are very enthusiastic.
On the front right, there is a cinema with a bicycle parked in front of it. Meanwhile, the left side which is also the entrance is made like a bus stop with chairs and a route board behind it. Really like in Korean dramas.
There are lots of great spots to take photos. Many come here and take photos with family, friends or partners. The place also cozy.
There are also some Korean restaurants like in Korean dramas. So, if we are hungry, we can immediately buy food here. Not only heavy food, there are also snacks sold in the tents like what we often see in Korean dramas.
For those who don't like Korean food, don't worry because in Lotte Alley there are also several Japanese restaurants. So, those of you who don't like Korean dishes like tteokpokki or kimchi, you can buy sushi and several other kinds of Japanese food.
There is a comfortable place to hang out too in the middle. This place is often used for kpop fan gatherings. The place is quite spacious. The design of this place is also good.
There is a playground and photo booth too. For those who want to act like school kids like in Korean dramas, uniform rental places are also provided. You can rent a uniform and then take photos at the photo booth or you can take photos using your personal cellphone. For the price it is a bit expensive but in my opinion it is worth it. Because the uniforms provided also vary so we can choose according to taste.
Until the end of the road, the vibes are like in Korea and Japan. I really enjoyed walking around Lotte Alley. To be honest, I really want to go to Korea and Japan, but because my savings are not enough so I don't have that opportunity yet. So, having this place is enough to make me happy. Yeah, at least I can feel the vibes from the two countries that I want to visit the most.
And below is a bonus picture, Lol. Thank you to my best friend @viviehardika and my cousin @michelledina for taking me to this place. I had a great time with you guys.
Thank you very much for reading this post. See you later!
