Hello everyone, greetings, and this is my third entry in a contest for this great architecture and design project. Later I will teach and talk about my ideal office, I will narrate them using the images (1 render of my authorship and the others extracted from pinterest, most of them) as support for my descriptions.

It must be borne in mind that with this pandemic, the concept of work has been reformed, this and also that many companies realized that it is not necessary to have their employees in an office every day when their performance increase while at home. Although the latter is variable, since a problem that is generated with working from home, is that many houses are not designed with an office space suitable for work, this or because of the issue of privacy and responsibility in your role as helping around the house is too distracting. Seeing the problem, I made a design (which I will show you in depth in another post) that deals with a small and quickly built office module to be located in a free space of the home, and in this way to be able to have privacy in a workspace optimum.

This first image is a render of the project I am talking about, which by the way I used the interior design trend of Pantone. In my case, I would like to have a good table to support my work team and any other resources that I need, in addition to having this free work table below to be able to roll in the chair and have some furniture for storage elsewhere. Another annex services that I would like is a bathroom nearby, and a space to make a coffee or any snack that I can use to take off from work without having to leave the space, which could distract me too much. Everything I just mentioned is owned by this design.

My ideal office space must have an aesthetic interior design that generates comfort and professionalism, I love wood and white for it, but I admit that adding color like a dark blue looks incredible! You know, you have to take into account that sometimes the lighting we have on the ceiling is not enough (due to the number of lumens of the bulb) or the height of the ceiling, in these cases it is good to have a specific lighting that helps us see efficiently without Strain your eyes, with this add the example of folding lamps, quite ingenious in my opinion.

I also think that before opting for air conditioning, let's be ecological, use our natural resources with the natural wind, ventilate our offices! An anexdote that I lived 3 years ago ... I graduated as an architect and wanted to generate money from whatever but a good amount and faster (the thesis had almost left me bankrupt), so I entered a company as a recruiter for a company American (toxic pyramidal company), the point of this is that the office was in a building, there were windows but no one opened them since there was an air conditioning duct system. The air conditioning obviously does not do the air changes that the system must do, depending on the office area to maintain healthy air. This caused that someone was constantly sick with flu-like illnesses or allergies, including me.

Well, now we continue with the other images, now, what happens if the pandemic ends and we have to return to an office, how do I think my ideal office would be in a company?

I use the example of google, Shopify to show, but practically the criteria is the same as the ones I told you before but the scale changes, that is, the size and the number of people change. As you will see, beautiful materials, they generate comfort, efficient lighting and ventilation as well as enough space to work without anyone invading your personal space (it happened to me with the company in my anecdote). A particularity that Google has and I suppose that other companies must already be opting, is the integration of additional areas to the office, areas such as leisure, eating, relaxing and even having fun. This is due to a topic of neuroscience analysis in which they say and I think the same, that by regulating working hours (we are not robots) and adding other activities to relax stress, our brain can be more efficient in daily production.

Ah! Do not forget the ergonomic chair, specially designed for good posture, this and remember all the tips that health professionals give to how to be in working hours and avoid suffering from any deficiency motor or sanguine in the future.

Hola todos saludos,y este es mi tercera entrada en un concurso de este gran proyecto de arquitectura y diseño. Posteriormente les enseñaré y hablaré de mi oficina ideal, les iré narrando usando las imagenes (1 render de mi autoria y las otras extraidas de pinterest la mayoria) como apoyo a mis descripciones.

Hay que tener en cuenta que con esta pandemia, el concepto de trabajo se a reformado, esto y tambien que muchas empresas se dieron cuenta que no es necesario tener a sus empleados en una oficina todos los días cuando puede que su rendimiento aumente estando en su hogar. Aunque esto último es variable, ya que una problematica que se genera con trabajar desde casa, es que muchisimas casas no estan diseñadas con un espacio de oficina apto para el trabajo, esto o por el tema de la privacidad y la responsabilidad en tu rol de ayudar en la casa te distraigan demasiado. Viendo la problemática realicé un diseño ( que les mostraré a fondo en otro post) que trata de un módulo de oficina pequeño y de rápida construcción para ubicar en un espacio libre del hogar, y de esta manera poder tener la privacidad en un espacio de trabajo optimo.

Esta primera imagen es un render del proyecto que hablo, que por cierto usé el interiorismo tendencia de Pantone. En mi caso me gustaria tener una buena mesa para apoyar mi equipo de trabajo y cualquier otro recurso que necesite, además de tener abajo de este meson de trabajo libre abajo para poder rodarme en la silla y poseer en otro lugar algun mobiliario para almacenamiento. Otro servicios anexos que me gustarian es un baño cerca, y un espacio para poder hacer un café o cualquier refrigerio que pueda destinar para despegarme del trabajo sin tener que salir del espacio podiendo distraerme demasiado. Todo lo que acabo de mencionar lo posee este diseño.

Mi espacio de oficina ideal debe tener un interiorismo estético que me genere confort y profesionalismo, la madera y el blanco me encantan para ello, pero admito que agregar el color como un azul oscuro se ve increible! Saben, hay que tener en cuenta que aveces la iluminación que tenemos en el techo, no sea suficiene (por la cantidad de lumens del bombillo) o por la altura del techo, en estos casos es buenotener una iluminación puntual que nos ayude ver eficientemente sin forzar la vista, con esto agregue el ejemplo de las lámparas plegables, bastante ingeniosas a mi parecer.

Tambien pienso que antes de optar por un aire acondicionado, seamos ecológicos, usemos nuestros recursos naturales con el viento natural, ventilemos nuestra oficinas! Una anéxdota que viví hace 3 años... Me gradué de arquitecto y queria generar dinero de lo que sea pero buena cantidad y más rápido ( la tesis me habia dejado casi en la quiebra), entonces entré en una empresa como reclutador para una empresa americana (empresa piramidal tóxica), el punto de esto es que la oficina era en un edificio, existian ventanas pero nadie las abría ya que habia un sistema por ductos de aire acondicionado. El aire acondicionado evidentemente no hacia las renovaciones del aire que el sistema debe hacer, según el área de la oficina para mantener un aire saludable. Esto causó que constantemente habia alguien enfermo de enfermedades tipo gripe o alergias, incluyendome.

BIen, ahora seguimos con las demás imagenes, ahora, que pasa si la pandemia acaba y nos toca volver a alguna oficina, como pienso que seria mi oficina ideal en una empresa¿

Uso el ejemplo de google, Shopify para mostrar, pero practicamente los criterios es el mismo a los que le dije antes pero cambia la escala, es decir cambia eltamaño y la cantidad de personas.
