Greetings my dear friends, I hope you are very well both you and your families, I hope you have a very good day full of encouragement and motivation to achieve everything you plan. I am delighted to be back in this beautiful community, happy to share with you some pictures I took a few weeks ago and tell you a little about this place, known by most people in my city, as the civil hospital of Maracay, although many years ago it was renamed to Ambulatorio Urbano Dr. Efrain Abad Armas.
This place is super old, has much more than 60 years, and at the time was a super important place, one of the few places where surgeries were performed in Venezuela, and although currently the years have passed over this building, still maintains its structure intact and continues to be a reference point for everyone who lives in Maracay and even in other states of the country, a place that continues to be beautiful despite the time it has there.
Saludos mis queridos amigos, espero que estén muy bien tanto ustedes como sus familiares, deseo que tengan un muy buen día lleno de ánimo y motivación para poder lograr todo aquello que planean. Yo estoy encantada de pasar de nuevo por esta linda comunidad, feliz de poder compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías que tomé hace unas semanas atrás y hablarles un poco sobre este lugar, conocido por la mayoría de las personas en mi ciudad, como el hospital civil de Maracay, aunque desde hace muchos años se cambió da su nombre a Ambulatorio Urbano Dr. Efraín Abad Armas.
Este lugar es super antiguo, tiene mucho más de 60 años, y en su momento fue un lugar super importante, uno de los pocos lugares en donde se realizaban cirugías en Venezuela, y aunque actualmente los años han pasado sobre este edificio, sigue manteniendo su estructura intacta y continua siendo un punto de referencia para todo el que vive en Maracay e incluso en otros estados del país, un lugar que continúa siendo bonito a pesar del tiempo que tiene ahí.
Although this clinic is not what it used to be, due to the serious economic problems that occurred in the country, leaving this clinic almost completely empty, and with a limited staff, currently we can get very few health specialists, and usually the entrance is closed. A few years ago I visited it, before there were no longer any supplies, and it was already beginning to show its age. On the outside it looks strong and even its structure is still beautiful, but inside there are many details that require maintenance and attention.
However, for many it is still a beautiful place that is part of the history of our country, and being so old, it has also become the municipal direction of health, where specialists who still continue working in this building, provide free medical care and if they have the medicines and others, then also provide them to patients without them having to pay anything, because of this, there are many people who visit this place daily, however I understand that there is a limit of people per day.
Aunque ya este ambulatorio no es lo que solía ser, debido a los graves problemas económicos que hubo en el país, dejando este ambulatorio casi completamente vacío, y con un personal limitado, actualmente en el podemos conseguir a muy pocos especialistas de la salud, y por lo general la entrada está cerrada. Hace algunos años lo visité, antes de que dejaran de haber insumos, y ya comenzaban a notarsele los años, por fuera se ve fuerte y hasta bonita todavía su estructura, pero por dentro son muchos los detalles que tiene que requieren de mantenimiento y atención.
Sin embargo, para muchos sigue siendo un lugar bonito que forma parte de la historia de nuestro país, y al ser tan antiguo, se ha convertido también en la dirección municipal de la salud, donde los especialistas que aún continúan trabajando en este edificio, brindan atención médica gratuita y si disponen de los medicamentos y demás, entonces también se los brindan a los pacientes sin que éstos deban pagar nada, debido a esto, son muchas las personas que visitan este lugar a diario, sin embargo tengo entendido que hay un límite de personas por día.
There are buildings whose presence is imposing, sometimes it is because of the beauty of these buildings and other times it is because of the time they have, in this case it is because of the second one, it will always surprise me to see how things previously were so well done, and if these are properly cared for they can last a lot of years, on the other hand a place so important in the past, for the medical care it provided and for performing surgeries that were not done in other places, that is something that in my opinion is important, and that is part of our history.
This ambulatory, on the other hand, still maintains its structure intact, although perhaps on the outside it has some details in the paint, due to the sun that hits it every day and also the rain, for having more than 6 decades, it has been preserved very well, people who need help continue to go to it, making it an important place although it is no longer what it was. It has a structure that at first sight is simple, but it has so much history that it really becomes a very special place.
Hay edificios cuya presencia es imponente, a veces es por la belleza de dichos edificios y otras veces es por el tiempo que tienen, en este caso es por la segunda, siempre me sorprenderá ver como las cosas anteriormente estaban tan bien hechas, y si estas son cuidadas correctamente pueden durar un montón de años, por otra parte un lugar tan importante en el pasado, por la atención médica que brindaba y por realizar cirugías que no se hacían en otros sitios, eso es algo que a mí parecer es importante, y que forma parte de nuestra historia.
Este ambulatorio por su parte, sigue manteniendo su estructura intacta, aunque quizá por fuera tiene algunos detalles en la pintura, debido al sol que le da cada día y también la lluvia, para tener más de 6 décadas, se ha conservado muy bien, siguen acudiendo a él personas que necesitan ayuda, convirtiéndolo en un sitio importante aunque ya no sea lo que fue. Tiene una estructura que a simple vista es simple, pero lleva en ella tanta historia que realmente se convierte en un lugar muy especial.
Previously the buildings were like this, with this style, with quite high doors and large windows and this building was no exception, it was made with the same style, but at the same time a little different because it has a super nice and picturesque shape with some details that give it a unique and beautiful style, I would have liked to take better pictures, also some in the inside, but at the time I passed the place was still closed, however I liked how the few I could take were.

Anteriormente los edificios eran así, con este estilo, de puertas bastante altas y ventanales amplios y este edificio no fue la excepción, fue hecho con el mismo estilo, pero a la vez un poquito diferente ya que tiene una forma super bonita y pintoresca con algunos detalles que le dan un estilo único y bonito, hubiese querido tomar mejores fotos, también algunas en la parte de adentro, pero a la hora que pasé continuaba cerrado el lugar, sin embargo me gustó como quedaron las pocas que pude tomar.
