Hola mis amigos de esta maravillosa ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨: Feliz de estar nuevamente aquí en compañía de todos los amantes de la arquitectura y el diseño; Muy agradecido con nuestros amigos @storiesoferne @aplusd por la creación de este maravilloso espacio, que nos permite poder compartir y dar a conocer la arquitectura destacada del lugar en donde residimos. Argentina es un país construido con la colaboración de manos de inmigrantes, la razón principal para que convivan armoniosamente los diferentes estilos de construcción, que pueden variar según las provincias. El día de hoy deseo darles a conocer dos construcciones muy diferentes de Ushuaia; Esta es una ciudad situada en el sur de nuestro país, y predominan las construcciones hechos en materiales típicos de las localidades pesqueras. Argentina is a country built with the collaboration of immigrants, the main reason for the harmonious coexistence of the different construction styles, which can vary according to the provinces. Today I want to introduce you to two very different buildings in Ushuaia; This is a city located in the south of our country, and constructions made of materials typical of fishing towns predominate. Una vez más deseo darles a conocer dos maravillosas edificaciones de una hermosa ciudad del sur de mi país; Estuvimos de vacaciones en esta hermosa ciudad y regresamos enamorados de las edificaciones y los diferentes estilos que conviven en la ciudad; Lo que más nos llamó la atención, son los vivos colores que se utilizar para resaltar las propiedades, y la personalización de cada propiedad; En esta oportunidad les presento dos propiedades de diferentes estilos, pero con una gran similitud, ambas están al servicio de atención a los clientes; Es decir, son edificios comerciales

Once again I want to introduce you to two wonderful buildings in a beautiful city in the south of my country; We were on vacation in this beautiful city and we came back in love with the buildings and the different styles that coexist in the city; What most caught our attention are the bright colors that are used to highlight the properties, and the customization of each property; In this opportunity I present two properties of different styles, but with a great similarity, both are at the service of customer service; That is, they are commercial buildings

Como pueden observar arquitectónicamente son muy diferentes, cada una de las propiedades tienen su propio estilo de construcción y su encanto, aunque ambas continúan con el estilo llamativo de los colores en que han sido pintados, se debe al estilo que se usa en los pueblos pesquero. Si bien las dos propiedades brindan un servicio comercial, apuntan a una clientela diferente; Esta que les doy a conocer, esta avocada al servicio de la ferretería, incluso su nombre comercial lleva el nombre del rubro a que se dedica; ¨La¨¨Ferretería¨¨SA¨, por lo que pude leer, es uno de los mejores comercios del rubro; Se destaca en calidad y surtido de los productos

Pero para ser honesto, no es su condición comerciar que llamo mi atención y haga que este en este post; Lo que capto mi atención es su etilo de construcción, donde combinan perfectamente la madera y la mampostería; Por lo que se puede apreciar, la parte inferior fue diseñada para servir como un local comercial, muchos ventanales de vidrios repartidos para permitir el ingreso de una buena cantidad de luz natural al salón comercial, algo que preferencial los clientes al visitar un comercio. La construcción ocupa el espacio de dos calles, lo que permite hacer una construcción en ochava, con un detalle circular en el centro dando carácter y personalidad la edificación; Esto es una de las cosas que capto mi atención y comenzara a fotografías la edificación

Nuevamente podemos apreciar una propiedad de color llamativo, algo que redundan en las propiedades de la ciudad. La parte superior deja ver claramente que se trata de un piso destinado a la vivienda; Aquí también conviven la madera y la mampostería, también se priorizo el ingreso de luz natural, se aprecia en el estilo de las ventanas, y el formato en que se construyó los barandales que no obstruye el paso de la luz; Otra cosas que llamo mucho mi atención es el uso de las tejas; Estas son pesadas, y aportan un peso adicional en invierno cuando los techos se cubre de nieve, pero debo admitir que me encanto encontrar una propiedad con este estilo de techo tipo chalet a varias aguas terminadas con tejas

La segunda propiedad es de una construcción notoriamente más simple, aun así no deja de ser una hermosa construcción, bien al estilo de pueblos pesqueros, donde el material predomínate es la chapa acanalada. El estilo de techo obedece a la época en la que fue construida esta propiedad; Una pronunciada caída con techos a dos aguas para evitar acumulamiento de la nieve, complementa el estilo de construcción, las grandes ventas de la época. Como pueden observar, esta propiedad tiene un nombre ¨El¨¨primer¨¨Argentino¨ y está relacionado a la llegada de unos de los primeros habitantes, la familia ¨Fique¨, propietarios de este negocio de venta de consumo masivo. En la placa podemos apreciar la fecha y el agasajo que se le hace a este negocio llamado ¨El¨¨primer¨¨Argentino¨, un lugar con mucha historia, todo el pueblo concurría al lugar a comprar sus alimentos. The second property is of a notoriously simpler construction, even so it is still a beautiful construction, very much in the style of fishing villages, where the predominant material is corrugated sheet metal. The roof style is due to the time in which this property was built; A pronounced drop with gabled roofs to avoid snow accumulation, complements the style of construction, the great sales of the time. As you can see, this property has a name "The First Argentine" and is related to the arrival of one of the first inhabitants, the "Fique" family, owners of this mass consumption business. On the plate we can see the date and the entertainment that is made to this business called ¨El¨¨primer¨¨Argentino¨, a place with a lot of history, the whole town went to the place to buy their food.
