Muy feliz de estar nuevamente en esta hermosa ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨: Compartiendo con todos los apasionados de la arquitectura una hermosa tomas fotográfica que hemos hecho, mientras dábamos un paseo por unos de los barrios más hermosos y significativos de mi ciudad de Corrientes. El barrio ¨Camba¨ ¨Cua¨ es uno de esos barrios más costoso de la provincia, donde todos los inversores desean tener una propiedad; la cercanía a la costanera hace que el valor del metro cuadrado de edificación valga por lo menos diez veces más que otras construcciones en otra ubicación de la ciudad. Vivir en este barrio ha sido mi sueño de niño, soy un apasionado del rio y de las puestas de sol, dos combinaciones hermosas que se dan a diario si vives en una propiedad que este ubicado en este barrio. Aunque tengo 53 años, no descarto la posibilidad de que algún día pueda cumplir mi sueño, uno nunca sabe lo que el destino tiene preparado para nosotros

Very happy to be back in this beautiful ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨: Sharing with all those who are passionate about architecture a beautiful photographic shot that we have taken, while we were taking a walk through one of the most beautiful and significant neighborhoods of my city of Corrientes. The ¨Camba¨ ¨Cua¨ neighborhood is one of those most expensive neighborhoods in the province, where all investors want to own a property; the proximity to the waterfront means that the value of the square meter of the building is worth at least ten times more than other constructions in another location in the city. Living in this neighborhood has been my dream as a child, I am passionate about the river and sunsets, two beautiful combinations that occur daily if you live in a property that is located in this neighborhood. Although I am 53 years old, I do not rule out the possibility that one day I can fulfill my dream, one never knows what fate has in store for us
Mi sueño siempre ha sido tener un propiedad que este frente al rio, me gusta despertar en las mañanas con la briza fresca que emanan las aguas de nuestro ¨rio¨¨Paraná¨, además de ver la salida y puesta de sol. Estas son las cosas que me gustan de estas propiedades que les doy a conocer en esta ocasión. El estilo chales francés es muy escogido a la hora de hacer las construcciones en la ciudad. La construcción en las paredes del exterior el ladrillo de abobe expuesto es un clásico, y se puede ver en sus dos versiones, uno pintado totalmente en blanco, mientras que el otro estilo, es pintado con ¨racodray¨ que permite ver la textura del ladrillo. Las puertas doble, y la del tipo balcón de vidrios repartido, además de dar carácter a la propiedad, tienen la funcionalidad de permitir luz natural a la propiedad. El techo estructural permitió incorporar un hermoso ventanal de varias hojas, que aporta una personalidad única a la propiedad. The French shawl style is very chosen when it comes to building in the city. The exposed abobe brick construction on the exterior walls is a classic, and can be seen in its two versions, one painted completely white, while the other style is painted with "racodray" that allows you to see the texture of the brick. .
