Going anywhere while on vacation or accidentally going somewhere because of necessity or invitation, of course we have some things that are very dear for us to miss, be it culinary problems, culture, joys and sorrows while on the trip or other unique things that can create certain moments in a place. the. This also applies to me when 1 month ago I was on vacation in Langsa City, Aceh with a 4 hour drive from Ku City to Langsa City. After arriving in the city, we decided to take a break to relax the muscles that had stiffened from the trip and fill our stomachs that were already ringing to be filled.
After resting, we continued our journey to find lodging first so that our luggage would not burden the next step. When looking for lodging in the City, we accidentally passed the Mangrove Forest Tourism object in the City. In addition to Langsa City, there are also mangrove forests around my city, but there are some significant differences here, one of which is the design of several buildings in the middle of the mangrove forest. If in my city, the mangrove forest is made only by connecting ordinary wooden bridges that seem classic, in contrast to several buildings in the middle of the forest in Langsa City. The building here has a classic, luxurious impression and has an attractive and unique design into one.
From some of these buildings I was more interested in observing the cool wooden bridges in the middle of the forest, with the dominant light brown color and the Acehnese cultural patterns found on the edges of the bridge, making the bridge design seem more luxurious, the bridge design also not too monotonous. This bridge material is made from original old resin wood and shaped according to the needs so as to produce the desired work. The supporting poles on the bridge turned out to be made of ordinary wood, causing the support poles to be porous and eaten by termites. It's really a pity that in the midst of such a beautiful design there is such a thing, I hope the winning bidder for this building pays attention to the quality of their building. And on the edge of the bridge there is a warning if the bridge is only able to accommodate a maximum of 30 visitors. So we have to be more careful too huh.
Behind the bridge there is also a viewing tower, with a unique circular design and on top of a building resembling the tip of a golden spear, visitors in this mangrove forest can see another beauty from the top of the tower. However, because it was late afternoon and I was also getting tired from traveling quite a distance by riding our motorbikes, so we decided not to climb the Tower, hopefully in the future I will have time to explore this place again.
Not only the bridge, in the middle of this mangrove forest there is also a hall which is also made of 100 percent wood. There is no information whether the hall is made of mangrove wood or other types of wood, what is clear is that this building is still dominated by brown color, has a neat design and there are carvings with the sun symbol around the connecting pillars. The building is supported by concrete supports so that it does not collapse and is much stronger. It turns out that this tour in the mangrove forest in addition to making our minds more refreshed to see the green scenery, I was also given a bonus with the existence of buildings with unique designs in them. nice surprise for me.
