Since I have the use of reason in my house there have been leaks and leaks in the ceiling and walls, the masons made a construction of very poor quality; They have already spent 28 years living in this house and everything has been getting worse every time it rains; on several occasions I made an effort to fix the roof, but they were temporary solutions, because after a few months the water began to leak again when it rained; I live in a country with a tropical climate and the rainy seasons are strong, so attempts to fix the roof quickly and cheaply have always been a failure. Talking with my sister and older brother, we came to an agreement to fix the roof properly and together we would pay the cost of construction materials.

Desde que tengo uso de razón en mi casa han habido filtraciones y goteras en el techo y las paredes, los albañiles hicieron una construcción de muy mala calidad; ya han pasado 28 años viviendo en esta casa y todo ha ido empeorando cada vez que llueve; en varias ocasiones yo hice un esfuerzo para acomodar el techo, pero eran soluciones temporales, porque a los pocos meses se comenzaba a filtrar agua nuevamente cuando llovía; vivo en un país de clima tropical y las temporadas de lluvias son fuertes, por eso los intentos por acomodar el techo de una manera rápida y económica siempre fueron un fracaso. Hablando con mi hermana y hermano mayor, llegamos al acuerdo de acomodar el techo apropiadamente y entre todos pagaríamos los gastos de los materiales de construcción.

We hired a master mason to make an overfloor in the basement of the house, my brother and I helped him throughout the process, since it was quite a forced job, because first we had to scrape the entire floor of the basement to remove the cement from attempts I've made in the past to try to plug leaks and leaks; nothing else that process took us a day. We removed a large amount of debris from that basement, it occurs to me to use all that debris in the patio of the house to change the aesthetics, I will soon carry out this project and I will upload a post showing the process.

Contratamos un maestro albañil para que hiciera un sobre piso en la platabanda de la casa, mi hermano y yo lo ayudamos en todo el proceso, ya que fue un trabajo bastante forzoso, porque primero tuvimos que raspar todo el piso de la platabanda para quitar el cemento de los intentos que hice en el pasado para tratar de tapar las filtraciones y las goteras; nada mas ese proceso nos llevo un día. Sacamos una gran cantidad de escombros de esa platabanda, se me ocurre usar todos esos escombros en el patio de la casa para cambiar la estética, pronto realizaré ese projecto y subiré un post mostrando el proceso.

Los albañiles que hicieron esa construcción, en el techo cuando colocaron las tuberías del sistema eléctrico de la casa, hicieron una capa de muy poco grosor para cubrir las tuberías del cableado y por allí era que entraba el agua y causaba esas filtraciones y goteras. En las fotografías se puede apreciar como quedaron los huecos despues de que se raspo y limpió toda la platabanda.

Uploading the construction material to the platform was a bit laborious, but not impossible, we also had to empty and disconnect the water tank, that took a little time, but it was necessary to do it; It was already the second day and the master mason made good progress while we disconnected the tank.

Subir el material de construcción a la platabanda fue un poco trabajoso, pero no imposible, también tuvimos que vaciar y desconectar el tanque de agua, eso llevo un poco de tiempo, pero era necesario hacerlo; ya era el segundo día y el maestro albañil hizo un buen avance mientras nosotros desconectamos el tanque.

On the third day we had already finished the upper floor in the basement of the house; The great teamwork that the three of us did allowed us to quickly complete this construction. Now all that was left was to let all the cement dry to reconnect the water tank.

Al tercer día ya habíamos terminado el sobre piso en la platabanda de la casa; el gran trabajo en equipo que hicimos los tres nos permitió culminar rápidamente esta construcción, ahora solo faltaba dejar secar todo el cemento para volver a conectar el tanque de agua.

All this construction was carried out last weekend of carnival, we started on Friday, February 25 and ended on Sunday, February 27, 2022, I put the dates to leave the record in the HIVE blockchain. Now the new platform was dry and I was able to connect the water tank again; I feel immensely happy for these achievements that I have been making since last year and this year as well, since I am also currently building my room, but this week I stopped to make the platform, because the rains are approaching and it was about time to put an end to those leaks; always grateful to HIVE, because it allows me to have a monetary income thanks to my skills and knowledge and with that money I have been able to pay for these achievements. Toda esa construcción la realizamos el pasado fin de semana de carnaval, comenzamos el viernes 25 de febrero y finalizamos el domingo 27 de febrero de 2022, coloco las fechas para dejar el registro en la blockchain de HIVE. Ya la nueva platabanda secó y pude conectar el tanque de agua nuevamente; me siento inmensamente feliz por estos logros que vengo realizando desde el año pasado y el presente año también, ya que actualmente también me encuentro construyendo mi habitación, pero esta semana me detuve para realizar la platabanda, porque se estan acercando las lluvias y ya era hora de acabar con esas goteras; siempre agradecido con HIVE, porque me permite tener un ingreso monetario gracias a mis habilidades y conocimientos y con ese dinero he podido costear estos logros.
