From the front, this building is ordinary. The dome on top of the mosque is black with a scale model and only one large dome is there, then the shape of the roof is added which is also painted black after that the other parts are painted white so that it highlights the sides of the dome being made. then there were additional 2 cubas on top of the 2 pillars next to the main dome. The front terrace of the mosque has an additional canopy with fans around it so that visitors don't get too hot and this canopy is an additional building that was built later if I look at the structure of the building.
Only if you look closely at the terrace of the mosque there are many arches and at each arch border are decorated with beautiful pillars which are colored gray and there are two types of pillars there, namely round pillars and square pillars. However, if I look closely it looks like this pole is not painted? What do you think? Or am I wrong? When I felt the surface of the pole, it turned out that this pole was made with a cement base and the surface used small pea stones which using a certain technique were directly mixed with a gray material. I've seen this technique on my social media home page but I don't know what this technique is. And under the pillar it is made even sweeter with a gold colored list surrounding it and an abstract motif to complement it.
After that, on the terrace there are decorative lamps with simple modern classic models. And entering the mosque I found the same type of pillars as those on the mosque terrace. Ornaments with wall panels that are deliberately attached in a distinctive shape which indicates that the ornament is a mosque. Then in the room there are decorative lights again and this time the shape is really classic. Then I saw two types of ceilings in the mosque. The first is a ceiling made of white gypsum and made very simply because it follows the pattern of the mosque roof.
Next there is another plavon with the second type and I saw this plavon made of wood which was shaped and then painted with a natural brown color and inside the mosque also has many pillars. In terms of size, because inside this mosque there are many pillars, it gives the impression that the room feels narrow and not spacious. However, I like the design as if there is another mosque inside this mosque because the designs overlap but complement each other with other designs so that this mosque looks much more luxurious compared to other mosques around the place.
All the curves, small details that were noticed and the ornaments attached to all the elements in this mosque made me think that there were many beautiful buildings around me and I didn't pay attention to them. This mosque is in Aceh, precisely in the city of Lokhsumawe, when I visit this city of Aceh again I will look for other beautiful buildings that are stunning.
