This time I share my visit to the perimeter avenue where I could see a brick colored building that caught my attention for its design and shape of the windows; The building is not inhabited and apparently (according to information from an inhabitant of the area) was formerly a well known nightclub in the city, the upper termination has a conical shape and a circular window in the center, from which several beams are joined forming small triangles that support the roof, the front windows are rectangular and semi-arched, on the right side there are several windows also with semi-arched shape and small columns that separate and support each window.
Advancing in the tour and next to the construction described above, there are several residential buildings consisting of seven floors and fourteen apartments per wing, they are light yellow, pink with brown and light yellow with red wine, the windows are panoramic and some have a small circular balcony, very well located to observe the beach.
There is also a three-story building, with rectangular windows on the sides and the central part, the walls are pink with brick lines. The perimeter fence is made of concrete decorated with chaguaramos and tiles on the top of the wall, palm trees of various sizes embellish the front garden of this residential complex.

The times I visit this area of the city I take the opportunity to relax, observe the landscape and view of the immense sea, in the background you can see part of the peninsula of Araya, on weekends the place is crowded, many families with their children are given appointment to the place for fun and recreation by the sea. It is exciting to see the seascape and sunsets, although it is the same place there is always an element that makes the visit a new experience.
