Como están mis amigos de esta increíble ¨ShadowHuntersCommunity¨:  deseando de todo corazón que las estén pasando bien y gocen de buena salud; en cuanto a mi salud, estoy viendo un retroceso en varias de mis afecciones, el malestar de la ¨cervical¨ y ¨lumbar¨ han regresado, puede que este relacionado a mi actividad, como han visto, estoy conectado por más tiempo votando y comentado las publicaciones, quizás, estar mucho tiempo sentado sea la causa, otra cosa que hay que considerar, es que en un mes y medio he aumentado de peso, en este corto tiempo incremente un poco más de siete kilogramos

Para ser honestos no me sorprende que haya aumentado tanto de peso, ya que los últimos dos meses fueron una maratón de celebraciones, y lo peor es, tengo tres fiestas más por venir, mañana es la celebración del cumpleaños de mi hija Brenda, el lunes en el cumpleaños de mi nieta Abigail, y el día martes hacemos la celebración de ¨Halloween¨. No hace falta decir que estoy casado físicamente y agotado mentalmente, y si deseo estar bien para los días que vienen es necesario equilibrar las emociones, renovar las energías, y la mejor manera de hacerlo es a través de paseos agradable en cercanía de la naturaleza

Este lugar es muy conocido y muchas familias recurren para estar en cercanía a las aguas y disfrutar de la tranquilidad que tienen las costas correntinas. Dimos con interesantes reflejos de la naturaleza sobre las ventanas vidriadas, superficies que mis ancestros manifestaban conexiones con el alma; además, hicimos tomas muy interesante para acompañar a nuestra amiga @olgavita en su genial ¨ReflectionHuntersContest¨:  Todas las tomas las hicimos con nuestra ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨.
