Solitaire Chair || Silla Solitaria
This old plastic chair is located, who knows since when and how it got there, in the guardhouse at the entrance of the building where I live.
It probably belonged to one of the neighbors, who in the face of the obvious deterioration of the passage of time decided to discard it, however, one of the security guards decided to rescue it from the trash, repairing it in an improvised way to extend its useful life, either as a seat or occasionally as a ladder to reach some object.
This morning while I was starting my car to go out, I could see the shadow it cast on the pavement of the parking lot, so I took the opportunity to take some pictures of it while the chair was enjoying a warm sunbath.
Esta vieja silla plástica se encuentra, quien sabe desde cuando y como llegó allí, en la caseta de vigilancia a la entrada del edificio donde vivo.
Probablemente perteneció a algunos de los vecinos, quien ante el evidente deterioro del paso del tiempo decidió desecharla, sin embargo, alguno de los vigilantes decidió rescatarla de entre la basura, reparándola de forma improvisada para alargar su vida útil, bien sea como asiento u ocasionalmente como escalera para alcanzar algún objeto.
Esta mañana mientras encendía mi carro para salir, pude observar la sombra que proyectaba sobre el pavimento del estacionamiento, así que aproveché para tomarle algunas fotografías mientras la silla disfrutaba de un cálido baño de sol.
