I could not resist taking a photo of this honeybee that landed on the post next to my chair. It was sunning itself and literally washing its face with the front leg. When I got the camera too close to him, he lifted his front leg to tell me to back off. You can see his lifted leg in the shadow of this photo. Then he continued to wash his face to clear off the pollen.
I didn't realize the bees shadow until I edited the photo. So here is my entry for this week's challenge, Melinda. Have a great week!
