This weekend, the yearlong liquidity provider reward contract for the CCC:WIT liquidity pool expired. We've purchased a new contract and set it to run for another 365 days.
Liquidity provider rewards of over 800 USD (at present market values) in Hive Engine tokens will be distributed over the next year, including over 1,000 SWAP.HIVE and 200,000 CENT. There are 16 Hive Engine tokens being distributed in addition to CCC and WIT.
The average APR for liquidity providers is currently over 100 percent.
The Creative Coin Fund also has a LP reward contract for the CCC:PHOTO liquidity pool, which we set up in April of this year. There are 202 days remaining on that contract. The average APR for that pool is 112 percent.
Liquidity Pool Purpose and Roadmap
Our intention with the liquidity pools is to create investment opportunities for Creative Coin, thereby increasing the value (price) of the token and the earnings for artists on Hive.
To that end, our goal is to set up a third liquidity pool with another Hive Engine creative token (it's a secret which one, but if you take a look at the @cccf wallet, you might be able to guess which one we're stacking for liquidity) by December of this year.
Other Market Activities
The Creative Coin Fund adds daily to its CCC buy order on Hive Engine. In addition, we maintain buy orders in the market for these creative tokens:
- MUSIC
- PHOTO
- SCHOLAR
- SCRIBE
- VSC
Curation
We resumed sporadic curation in January with over 400,000 staked and delegated Creative Coin, and we are currently curating #creativecoin content three or four days a week.
Our curation priorities, in descending order, are as follows:
Other art curators and community accounts publishing curation reports, prompt posts, or contest guidelines with #creativecoin. The Ink Well, all the music communities, and photography contests are examples. Our objective here is to support their work in general and to spread Creative Coin stake to enhance the quality (through diversity of perspectives and reach) of Creative Coin curation.
Artistic work published with #creativecoin, specifically creative writing (fiction and poetry), photography, music, and graphic art.
Well-written #creativecoin blogs of any sort.
Any other curator publishing with #creativecoin, such as the Chess Community curator, but usually with a small, 10 percent vote.
Thank You!
Thank you to the 52 delegators who are providing the bulk of our CCC vote. As we announced in January, there are no payouts for delegating CCC to the Fund.
We also have a curation trail with six followers. If you'd like to support our curation work, visit HiveVote and search @cccf to find our trail.
Just to state in explicitly: we only curate #creativecoin content!
Thanks for reading and ... stay tuned!
