Doc by Ipusnas
In this book she shares her experiences and knowledge on how to live a happy life and not get caught up in excessive thoughts. While reading it I found one quote that caught my attention which is “When you encounter difficulties, say don't worry, this will definitely be resolved.” Here Doctor Tsuneko is saying that all problems in life can be overcome. Just live life today. As long as we can still eat well, sleep safely, and have a job that can support our most minimal needs then everything will be fine. Even if there are a few things that don't go well, don't worry about it. All will pass with time.
Doctor Tsuneko also shared a lot about her journey of how she ended up becoming a spikiater even though it was a profession she never dreamed of. According to her, the fundamental purpose of working is to eat, to support a family, and as a healthy human being we should be responsible for supporting ourselves and being independent in society. Working for money is nothing to be ashamed of, right? But it is a natural thing to do.
I learned a lot from this book, learning that we should be grateful for every moment that is present in our lives, establish good relationships with people we feel comfortable and enjoyable when with them such as friends, our neighbors or the mothers of our children's friends. There is no need to be jealous of other people's achievements and happiness. Because we never know what sorrows they have gone through. Doing good to others and helping each other is also very necessary. Not worrying about something that will happen in the future. Just center our minds on the things that are happening right now. All the chaos in our minds will subside and we will feel much better.
“The fatigue we go through now will one day become a very valuable experience”. I am very moved by this quote, I feel that there will always be many experiences in life, and that is something wonderful. Whether it's a sad experience or a fun experience, it will all be worthwhile because we have gone through it well. We can also tell our experiences to our children and grandchildren later. Thank you for reading this. I hope you are also interested in reading the book. See you in my other content.
