Another significant change in the story can be found in the following scene; Badroulboudour is the one who poisons the magician, who is presented as the antagonist. Here, too, a halt is made, for a vizier appears, who is the right hand of the sultan. These two characters have no similarity, even though the vizier is not happy with Aladdin and tries to warn the sultan of the magic tricks the mysterious young man is using. However, his advice turns out to be inconsequential. His attitude is also due to the fact that he wanted the princess to marry his son.
We encounter another happy ending that would be worth questioning, Aladdin is a flat character and the princess only shows interest when she observes the great riches offered to her, including a palace that was built in one night.
