My best fictional character was Hazak, in a Novel I can't remember, it's been years but i still remember every detail of the event. He was described to be a man who was virile, skilled in battle, and crafted. On his body were scars that reminded him how evil war could be. One thing Hazak never joked with was the girl he loved, who was admired by many kings from different provinces. His ability to read footprints, and get detailed information was his strength. While reading through the novel, I envisioned him to be a tall, virile, arabian man talented in not just battles but the ability to trace certain people through their footprint.
If I was to meet Hazak, I'd be more interested to learn his ability to read footprints and to know why he could go any mile for the woman he loved. I would also be glad to know what all the scars in his body meant to him, he seems to have gotten at least one scar from each battle he fought, and I could only wonder what they represented to him. A success of battles he had fought or a reminder that was worse than we had thought of. All the life of the protagonist, Hazak, revolved around battles, just when he felt there was peace, other issues aroused. This could make one wonder if he ever had rest any day of his life.
Not much about fictional characters, except the fact that they're described to be the perfect kind of people who have solutions to every problem. Like every man, they face challenges, but there is always a way out for them at any time. Hazak was always ready for battle and risk, could the scars be the source of his confidence? If I was to meet him in person, it's a very important question I would have asked.
He was known to be a man who loved promises of protection. But with the lady he met, he realized it was better not to make promises. Unable to keep his promise, he went into a quest to rescue his wife who was kidnapped by one of the kings to make her his mistress. It was a battle tougher than he had thought but this battle taught him a lesson. I'll be glad to sit at his feet as I listen to the lesson he learned as a warrior who almost got himself killed for a mistake he did
