We are not born loving reading, that love arises from creating the habit of reading and there is no specific age to start.

I acquired the habit of reading when I was 24 years old, I was in a routine job without any excitement, I was so bored that I decided to take a book from the family library to make the time pass faster in my working hours, as the days went by I wanted to go to work just to have time to read, so I planted the seed of the habit of reading discovering a fascinating world that now I can not leave.

Nosotros no nacemos amando la lectura, ese amor surge de crear el hábito al hacer la práctica de leer y no existe una edad determinada para comenzar.

Yo adquirí el hábito por la lectura a los 24 años, me encontraba en un trabajo rutinario sin ninguna emoción, fue tal el aburrimiento que decidí tomar un libro de la biblioteca familiar para que el tiempo pasara más rápido en mis horas laborales, con el pasar de los días deseaba ir al trabajo solo para tener tiempo de leer, así sembré la semilla del hábito a la lectura descubriendo un mundo fascinante que ahora no puedo dejar.

Yes, there have been two difficult and crisis moments in my life that books have helped me come out of the dark side where I was.

Si, han sido dos momentos difíciles y de crisis en mi vida que los libros me han ayudado a salir del lado oscuro donde me encontraba.

The first book is called Love or Depend? Book by Walter Riso - El primer libro se titula ¿Amar o depender? Libro de Walter Riso

About the author: I can tell you that he has a doctorate in Psychology, specialized in Cognitive Therapy, and obtained a master's degree in Bioethics. For thirty years he has been working as a clinical psychologist, a practice he alternates with the practice of university teaching and scientific publications and dissemination in various media. In his books, he aims to create a vaccine against human suffering by proposing healthy lifestyles in different aspects of life.

About the book: it reveals a series of reflective questions that make us think about how healthy a relationship is if we depend on or love the person we have as a partner and helps us to overcome affective attachment and make love a full and healthy experience.

Sobre el autor: puedo decirles que es doctor en Psicología, se especializó en Terapia Cognitiva y obtuvo una maestría en Bioética. Desde hace treinta años trabaja como psicólogo clínico, práctica que alterna con el ejercicio de la cátedra universitaria y la realización de publicaciones científicas y de divulgación en diversos medios. En sus libros tiene el propósito de crear una vacuna contra el sufrimiento humano proponiendo estilos de vida saludables en distintos órdenes de la vida.

Sobre el libro: nos revela una serie de preguntas reflexivas que nos hace pensar qué tan saludable es una relación, si dependemos o amamos a la persona que tenemos como compañero y nos ayuda a superar el apego afectivo y hacer del amor una experiencia plena y saludable.

In my particular case, it helped me to overcome separation and to evaluate my emotional state. If it were not for reading this book, I would have fallen into depression and my self-esteem would have been in tatters. A book that I bought in the streets of a square and that I lent it so many times that I don't know in whose hands it remained.

It is a reference book in situations of couple crisis. It teaches that giving oneself effectively does not imply disappearing into the other, but rather integrating oneself respectfully. Healthy love is a sum of two, in which nobody loses and the idea is that both win.

En mi caso particular me ayudó a superar una separación de pareja y a evaluar mi estado emocional. Si no fuera por la lectura de ese libro hubiera caído en depresión y mi autoestima fuera quedado por el piso. Un libro que compré en las calles de una plaza y que lo preste tantas veces que no sé en qué manos de alguna amiga quedó.

Es un libro de referencia en situaciones de crisis de pareja. Enseña que entregarse afectivamente no implica desaparecer en el otro, sino integrarse respetuosamente. El amor sano es una suma de dos, en la cual nadie pierde y la idea es que los dos ganen.

Affective dependence on a partner sooner or later generates suffering and depression. Millions of people around the world are victims of inadequate love relationships and do not know what to do about it, making them make wrong decisions and in extreme cases attempt against their own life, since the fear of loss, loneliness, or abandonment contaminates the love bond and makes it highly vulnerable.

An insecure love is a time bomb that can explode at any moment and hurt us deeply. However, and contrary to what our culture seems to establish, it is possible to love independently and continue loving. It is possible to eliminate psychological ties and, despite everything, keep the fire of love alive. It is a book that I recommend for women and men.

La dependencia afectiva a la pareja tarde o temprano genera sufrimiento y depresión. Millones de personas en todo el mundo son víctimas de relaciones amorosas inadecuadas y no saben qué hacer al respecto, haciéndolos tomar decisiones erradas y en casos extremos atentar contra su propio vida, ya que el miedo a la pérdida, a la soledad o al abandono contamina el vínculo amoroso y lo vuelve altamente vulnerable.

Un amor inseguro es una bomba de tiempo que puede estallar en cualquier momento y lastimarnos profundamente. Sin embargo, y al contrario de lo que parece establecer nuestra cultura, sí es posible amar con independencia y aun así seguir amando. Es posible eliminar las ataduras psicológicas y, pese a todo, mantener vivo el fuego del amor. Es un libro que recomiendo para mujeres y hombres.

Personally, this book helped me to overcome the death of a loved one and to better understand what life and death mean, what is the mission of each person, what we came to learn and to teach. We are all students and teachers.

We learn from people and we also teach them sometimes painfully or with love, a spiritual book that helps to overcome the mourning by healing the wound and leaving a little hope to the reader.

In the book she shares the therapies used on her patients and her discoveries, an incredibly interesting book very easy to read and of tremendous impact, I recommend it without a doubt.

En lo personal este libro me ayudó a superar la muerte de un ser querido y a comprender mejor lo que significa la vida y la muerte, cuál es la misión de cada persona, que vinimos aprender y a enseñar. Todos somos alumnos y maestros.

Aprendemos de las personas y también les enseñamos a veces de forma dolorosa o con amor, un libro espiritual que ayuda a superar el luto sanando la herida y dejando un poco de esperanza al lector.

En el libro comparte las terapias usadas en sus pacientes y sus descubrimientos, un libro increíblemente interesante muy fácil de leer y de tremendo impacto, lo recomiendo sin duda.

Who has not lived through a couple of other personal crises, who has not said goodbye to a loved one who has died, for those people who do not go to specialists such as therapists or psychologists, nothing like a good book to heal the wounds.

These are books that fall into the category of self-help, it's been years since I read from this category which means that I have remained emotionally stable and now my books of interest are focused on mental programming and economic prosperity, with this I do not mean that in the future I will not read books of this kind again.

Quién no ha vivido una crisis de pareja o de otra índole personal, quién no ha despedido a su ser querido que ha muerto, para aquellas personas que no acuden a especialistas como terapeutas o psicólogos nada como un buen libro para sanar las heridas.

Estos son libros que entran en la categoría de autoayuda, hace años que no leo de esta categoría lo que significa que me he mantenido estable emocionalmente y ahora mis libros de interés están enfocados a la programación mental y a la prosperidad económica, con esto no quiero decir que en un futuro no vuelva a leer libros de esta especie.
