El Día de hoy les comparto unas ricas y saludables arepas de avena con una Deliciosa ensalada de remolacha con zanahoria y cebolla, es muy saludable ya que este tipo de ensalada aporta mucha fibra y vitaminas a nuestro organismo espero les guste las puedes preparar para consumir cualquier hora del día. A continuación les indicamos los siguientes pasos a tomar en cuenta para preparar este delicioso plato en pocos minutos:

Today I share with you some delicious and healthy oatmeal arepas with a delicious beet salad with carrots and onion, it is very healthy since this type of salad provides a lot of fiber and vitamins to our body. Ingredientes:
🥙1/2 Remolacha.
🥙1/2 Zanahoria.
🥙2 Tazas de harina de maíz precocida.
🥙1 Taza de avena en hojuelas.
🥙Sal al gusto.
🥙1 Cebolla.
🥙Aceite de oliva.
Ingredients:
🥙1/2 Beet.
🥙1/2 Carrot.
🥙2 Cups of precooked corn flour.
🥙1 Cup of oatmeal flakes.
🥙Salt to taste.

Paso a Paso
1er paso: Para preparar este delicioso plato vamos a tomar los vegetales zanahoria y remolacha lavar muy bien cortar a la mitad y llevar al fuego en una olla con agua a hervir por unos minutos hasta que ablande.

2do paso: Luego mis amigos una vez que estén listos los vegetales bajar del fuego y dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente pelamos y picamos cómo más le guste.

3er paso: Seguidamente vamos a tomar la cebolla pelar y cortar en rodajas añadir sal al gusto y un poco de Aceite de oliva mezclar para integrar todo y reservar.
