That combines the energetic vegetable, beet with the fruit banana (cambur) in conjunction with nuts such as peanuts and raisins. This recipe is simple to make and offers a combination of flavors that you will surely love.
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un delicioso y saludable postre:
que combina la hortaliza energética, la remolacha con la fruta banano (cambur) en conjunto con frutos secos como el maní y las uvas pasas. Esta receta es sencilla de hacer y ofrece una combinación de sabores que seguramente les encantará.
The beets give it a sweet and earthy flavor, while the banana adds a creamy texture and natural sweetness; the peanuts add a crunchy and salty touch that perfectly complements the mix, and the raisins add sweetness.
La remolacha le da un sabor dulce y terroso, mientras que el banano aporta una textura cremosa y un dulzor natural; el maní, añade un toque crujiente y salado que complementa a la perfección la mezcla, y las uvas pasas suman dulzura.

- 1 beet.
- 4 bananas.
- 2 cups of oat flakes.
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg.
- 1 tablespoon baking powder.
- 2 tablespoons sugar.
- 80 grams of peanuts.
- 50 grams of raisins.
- 1/2 cup of water.
- 1 pinch of salt.
-2 tablespoons of wheat flour.

- 1 banana wheel, peanuts and raisins to taste.
• 1 remolacha.
• 4 bananos.
• 2 tazas de avena en hojuelas.
• 1 cucharada de nuez moscada.
• 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear.
• 2 cucharadas de azúcar.
• 80 gramos de manies.
• 50 gramos de uvas pasas.
• 1/2 taza de agua.
• 1 pizca de sal.
• 2 cucharadas de harina de trigo.

Empezamos lavando y limpiando bien la remolacha, después agregamos agua en una olla y sumergimos la hortaliza hasta que ablande, después dejamos que llegue a temperatura ambiente para licuar.

Next, mash the bananas with the help of a fork until they are mashed, reserving one to cut into rounds and decorate.
Seguidamente, pisamos los bananos con la ayuda de un tenedor hasta hacerlos puré, reservamos uno para picar en ruedas y decorar.
We add the crushed cambur to the beet smoothie.
Agregamos el cambur triturado al licuado de remolacha.

Add the oat flakes to the mixture, stir well until well blended.
Incorporamos las hojuelas de avena a la mezcla, removemos muy bien hasta integrar.
Now add the powders: sugar, baking powder, salt, wheat flour and nutmeg, mix, beating gently until all ingredients are well combined.
Ahora agregamos los polvos: azúcar, polvo de hornear, sal, harina de trigo y nuez moscada, mezclamos, batiendo suavemente hasta que todos los ingredientes estén bien combinados.
Add the banana wheels.

Put the mixture in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Metemos al horno la mezcla y horneamos durante 20 minutos o hasta que le introduces un palillo y salga limpio.
After a few minutes, remove from the oven and garnish with a banana wheel, sprinkle with peanuts and raisins, let cool for a few minutes to enjoy.
Pasados los minutos, retiramos del horno y adornamos con una rueda de banano, también rociamos mani y uvas pasas, dejamos enfriar durante unos minutos para disfrutar.
