Movie night and popcorn... Just as you hear my friends, today I decided to have a movie night. Enjoying a good series of very interesting K-Drama that I have been watching and to complement it I made some tasty cotufas or popcorn as they are known in other countries, this to make the night perfect.
Today I will show you the step by step of the preparation of some cotufas, although it seems something very simple to do and that does not need any explanation to prepare something so simple, then let me tell you that you are wrong; since, although the preparation of the cotufas is something very simple, it has its science in the process. And this I have been able to verify while I have been preparing them. We know that these delicacies are prepared in machines and a sample, is when we go to the movies, we see the workers move the pan in which they explode and why will they do it? You may ask; well my friends we will see this in a moment. Let's start with this preparation.
✓ 150 grams of popcorn
✓ 10 ml of soybean vegetable oil
✓ Salt to taste.
PASO A PASO
STEP 1
As a first step we take a large frying pan and we will place it on our stove at high heat; then we add our 10 ml of oil, letting it heat up a little bit to add our cotufas.
STEP 2
In our second step, after letting our oil heat up a little, we take the popcorn and add some of it to the frying pan. When we have a small amount of popcorn in the pan, we will spread it with the help of a spoon, so that they do not remain one on top of the other and to guarantee that they all explode evenly. Also, the reason for adding a small amount of popcorn first is so as not to drown them and make them all explode.
STEP 3
Then, cover the frying pan and leave the popcorn in preparation until it begins to explode. When the time passes and the corn begins to explode, with a cloth we will take the handles of the frying pan, and with our fingers we will make pressure on the lid so that it does not move, then we will lift the frying pan and stir it from top to bottom and to the sides, this so that the corn that has not exploded will explode uniformly and the popcorn will not be burned.
STEP 4
After all the corn stops exploding, turn off the pan and serve in any dish or cup. Having served our popcorn we will add salt to taste and stir so that the salt is well adhered to them. And ready, the only thing left to do is to enjoy our preparation.

Noche de películas y Cotufas... Así mismo como escuchan mis amigos, el día de hoy decidí tener una noche de películas. Disfrutando una buena serie de K-Drama muy interesante que he estado viendo y para complementar realicé unas sabrosas cotufas o palomitas como se conocen en otros países, esto para que la noche sea perfecta.
El día de hoy les enseñaré el paso a paso de la preparación de unas cotufas, aunque parezca algo muy simple de hacer y que no necesita ninguna explicación para preparar algo tan sencillo, entonces déjenme decirle que están equivocados; puesto a que, aunque la preparación de las cotufas sea algo muy sencillo tiene su ciencia en el proceso. Y esto lo he podido comprobar mientras las he preparado. Sabemos que estas delicias se preparan en máquinas y una muestra, es cuando vamos al cine, vemos a los trabajadores mover la cacerola en la cual explotan y ¿por qué lo harán? Se preguntarán; bueno mis amigos esto lo veremos enseguida. Vamos a iniciar con esta preparación.
✓ 150 gramos de Cotufas
✓ 10 ml de aceite vegetal de soya
✓ Sal al gusto
PASO A PASO
PASO 1
Como primer paso tomamos una sarten grande y la colocaremos en nuestra cocina a fuego alto; seguidamente añadimos nuestros 10 ml de aceite, dejandolo calentar un poco para asi añadir nuestras cotufas.
PASO 2
En nuestro segundo paso, luego de dejar calentar un poco nuestro aceite, tomamos el maíz de las cotufas y añadiremos en el sarten un poco de estas, al tener un pequeña cantidad de cotufas en el sarten, con ayuda de una cuchara las esparciremos, esto con el fin de que no queden una sobre otra y garantizar que todas exploten con uniformidad. Además; el motivo de añadir primero una pequeña cantidad de maíz de cotufas es para no ahogarlas y que todas exploten.
PASO 3
Luego, tapamos la sarten y dejaremos el maíz de cotufas en preparación hasta que empiecen a explotar. Al pasar el rato y el maíz inicie su explosión, con un paño tomaremos los mangos del sartén, y con los dedos haremos presión en la tapa para que no se mueva, enseguida levantaremos la sartén y la removemos de arriba hacia abajo y a los lados, esto para que el maíz que no haya explotado lonhaga de forma uniforme y no se quemen las palomitas.
PASO 4
Luego de que todos los maíces cesen y dejen de explotar, apagaremos la sarten y nos serviremos en cualquier plato o taza. Teniendo servidas nuestras cotufas le añadiremos la sal al gusto y removemos para que la sal quede bien adherida a las mismas. Y listo tan solo queda disfrutar de nuestra preparación.
Y bueno mis amigos ya con mis cotufas listas y bien saladitas al gusto, solo me queda disfrutar de mi serie y empezar mi noche de películas, como vieron la preparación de las Cotufas tiene su técnica y su ciencia para que no
