Welcome to a new content, today I bring you a healthy and very delicious recipe, I talk about a rich preparation of cream of celery and white ocumo. Undoubtedly two very delicious tubers in preparations such as soups or today's recipe. So without further ado my dear friends let's start with this step by step.
✓ 2 celery
✓ 1 white ocumo(Xanthosoma sagittifolium)
✓ 20 grams of parsley
✓ 3 chili peppers
✓ 1 onion
✓ a tablespoon of colored
✓ 5 grams of ground garlic

STEP 1
As a first step we take our tubers and wash them to remove any dirt and thus disinfect them. After washing them, with a knife or a peeler, we will remove the skin of the ocumo and celery. Once peeled, we will wash them again to make sure to remove any dirt they may have and proceed to cut them into medium sized pieces.
STEP 2
After we have already cut our ocumo and celery we pour them in a pot or small cauldron full of water. Now my friends it is time to peel our onion and remove it completely from its peel and proceed to cut it into julienne strips. It is time for the cilantro, we place it on the chopping board and cut it from top to bottom in several parts to have enough cilantro and give a good flavor to our cream. And finally we will cut the sweet bell pepper. The first thing we will do is to cut the tips and then cut it in half to facilitate the extraction of the seed. Once we have our seedless chili bell pepper we cut it in four parts and ready; what we will do is to add everything to our pot together with the ocumo and celery to be able to assemble it in our kitchen.
STEP 3
What we do now is to add to our tubers and vegetables is first of all a spoonful of color, followed by salt to taste and finally some ground garlic, having all this added in our pot, we stir so that everything is combined very well and we will let it boil. After some time has passed and everything is boiling, we proceed to turn off the stove and add our vegetables with the help of a ladle in the blender and start blending. During approximately 2 minutes blending, we turn off the blender and we will serve our cream in a cup to finally enjoy it.

Hola a todos, mis queridos amigos de la maravillosa comunidad @plantpowervegan. Bienvenidos a un nuevo contenido, hoy les traigo una receta saludable y muy deliciosa, les hablo de una rica preparación de crema de apio y ocumo blanco. Sin duda dos tubérculos muy deliciosos en preparaciones como sopas o la del dia de hoy. Asi que sin más mis queridos amigos empezemos con este pasó a pasó.
✓ 2 apios
✓ 1 ocumo blanco(Xanthosoma sagittifolium)
✓ 20 gramos de perejil
✓ 3 ajíes
✓ 1 cebolla
✓ una cucharada de color
✓ 5 gramos de ajo molido
✓ Sal al gusto
PASO A PASO
PASO 1
Como primer paso tomamos nuestros tubérculos y los lavamos para quitarle toda suciedad y de esa manera desinfectarlos. Luego de lavarlos, con un cuchillo o un pelador, removeremos la cascara de los ocumos y apios. Ya pelados los volveremos a lavar para asegurarnos de quitar nuevamente cualquier suciedad que estos tengan y procedemos a cortarlos en trozos medianos.
PASO 2
Luego de tener ya nuestro ocumo y apio cortados los vertemos en una olla o caldero pequeño lleno de agua. Ahora mis amigos toca pelar nuestra cebolla y al removerle completamente de su cáscara procedemos a cortarla en juliana. Llegó la hora del cilantro, lo colocamos en la tabla de picar y cortaremos desde arriba hacia abajo en varias partes para tener bastante del mismo y darle un buen sabor a nuestra crema. Y por ultimo cortaremos el ají dulce. Lo primero que haremos es cortarle las puntas y seguidamente lo cortamos a la mitad para así facilitarle la extracción de la semilla. Ya teniendo nuestro ají sin semillas lo cortamos en cuatro partes y listo; lo que haremos es añadir todo a nuestra olla junto al ocumo y apio para poder montarlo en nuestra cocina.
PASO 3
Lo que toca ahora es añadir a nuestros tubérculos y vegetales es primero que nada una cucharada de color, seguido sal al gusto y por último un poco de ajo molido, teniendo todo esto añadido en nuestra olla, revolvemos para que todo se combine muy bien y dejaremos hervir. Luego de pasar un tiempo y todo esté hirviendo, procedemos a apagar la cocina y añadimos nuestros vegetales con ayuda de un cucharón en la licuadora y empezamos a licuar. Durante aproximadamente 2 minutos licuando, apagamos la licuadora y serviremos nuestra crema en una taza para finalmente disfrutar de ella.
Y bueno mis amigos, hemos terminado esta deliciosa y saludable receta. Aqui pueden observar como nos quedó de deliciosa esta crema de apio y ocumo blanco, ahora solo queda disfrutarla y acabarla completamente y no dejar nada en el plato.
