As a coffee lover, my imagination is journey to make various kinds of coffee pudding. Coffee pudding, is very suitable as a snack for the afternoon. This pudding is very easy to make, the ingredients are also easy to get.
This coffee and banana pudding is very good for health and for those of you who are on a diet. Bananas are loaded with vitamins and can also be filling, perfect for a healthy snack.

• 150 ml Coconut milk
• 3 teaspoons cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoons salt
• 1 vanilla
• 2 pandan leaves
• 1 packet of white coffee
• 2 teaspoons black coffee
Step cook Banana Dough!

Step 1: Smash banana until soft

Step 2: Cook banana with agar-agar plain, add pandan leave
Step cooking banana dough
• Blender of Banana
• Cook 100 ml of coconut milk and add pandan leaves
• Add banana juice and jelly, then stir so it doesn't clump
• Add salt, vanilla and palm sugar if you want it sweet
• Stir for 2 minutes until thick
• Lift the banana pudding and put it into the pudding mold
Step Cook Coffee Dough!!

Step 1: Brew Coffee and Cocoa powder together and let it cool

Step 2: Cook with agar-agar swallow plain and stir it until 5 minutes
Step Cooking coffee dough
• • Cook 50 ml of coconut milk plus pandan leaves
• Put plain agar
• Add Cocoa powder, white coffee and black coffee
• Stir the pudding mixture so it doesn't clump
• Add salt and vanilla to add flavor and aroma to the pudding
• Cook pudding for 2 minutes until thick
• Turn off the stove, then remove it


Pour into moulding and let it cool for 45 minutes
Note: After pouring, let the pudding cool for 40-45 minutes, then the pudding mold can be removed and the pudding is ready to be served.

You can also using glass as a moulding
Coffee and Banana Pudding is a delicious and healthy snack. Bananas are one of the fruits that are rich in minerals, potassium and pectin fiber. Bananas are a source of magnesium, vitamin B6 and Vitamin C. Bananas are a source of energy and also contain fiber, so when you eat them you will feel full.

Besides being served in the form of hot and cold drinks, coffee is also suitable as a dessert in the form of pudding, which is certainly very liked by children.
This dessert can be used as a healthy snack for children so they don't snack randomly. Besides containing vitamin C, bananas also launch a hardener which is very good for our health.
