Good night all hive friends. how are you? I hope you are well. The last few days have been quite busy. We like to cook different foods in different ways. Also, cooking is not only our body but also gives us the opportunity to provide the nutrition we need. Preparing a meal from scratch brings out the love of its taste through creativity. In the kitchen, time slows down and the act of cooking is like meditation in my feeling. This is where we can experiment with different techniques and ingredients and discover new flavors. So let me get you another new dish and share it with you. It is a mouth-watering short eats mixed with banana flowers. Let's see how we can make it.
Ingredients;
š finely chopped banana flowers 200g.
š 4 well boiled potatoes.
š About 2 onions, finely chopped.
š A few of chopped curry leaves.
š Two green chillies, finely chopped.
š A little crushed ginger.
š A crushed garlic.
š Salt as required.
š 2 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
š 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric.
š 2 teaspoons of pepper powder.
š Coconut oil 350ml.
š Bread powder or biscuit powder 200g.
š 1/2 cup wheat flour.
š Water.
Method of making;
1 step.
The first step is to put water in a cup and add salt to it. Then, take a banana flower and cut it thinly. Put the cut banana flower pieces in the saltwater.
2 step.
Then take a vessel and put about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in it, let it heat, and add ginger/garlic.
3 step.
Then, after the garlic/ginger is slightly fried, add chopped onions, curry leaves, and raw chilies, and fry until golden.
4 step.
Then add turmeric powder to it and mix it well. Squeeze the cut banana flowers and saltwater well, and add them to it.
5 step.
Then let the banana flowers fry for about 3 minutes. Meanwhile, mix it.
6 step.
Then add crushed chili powder and boiled potatoes to it, and mix well.
7 step.
Then add pepper powder to it, mix well, and leave it to fry for about a minute. Then, take it off the stove.
8 step.
Then make the mixture into small balls as shown in the pictures below.
9 step.
Then add wheat flour to a cup and add some turmeric powder and make a slightly thick liquid by adding water little by little.
10 step.
Then put the prepared banana flower cutlets into it and add the flour solution as shown in the following images.
11 step.
Then dip the cutlet balls in the flour liquid and spread them in the biscuit powder. As in the following images.
12 step.
Then take a pan and add oil to it and fry the cutlet balls until golden.
So the short eats made from these delicious banana flowers are very delicious. And that is its nutritional quality. Cooking is really a gift that we can give to ourselves and others.
