Ingredients;
š Potatoes 300g.
š 2 Tablespoons of Corn flour .
š 1 Teaspoons of pepper powder.
š Coconut oil 350ml.
š A few of chopped curry leaves.
š A crushed garlic.
š 2 teaspoons of chilli powder.
š Salt to taste.
Method of making;
1 step.
First, boil the potatoes well and remove the outer skin.

Then mash the boiled potatoes well using a fork or by hand.
3 step.
Then add corn flour to the mashed potatoes and mix well again.
4 step.
Then add chili powder, salt, pepper powder, curry leaves to it and mix well again.
5 step.
Then add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to the prepared potato mix and make balls as shown in the pictures below.
6 step.
Then take a vessel, add coconut oil to it and let it heat on low flame. After that, fry the potato balls until golden.
