Feliz y bendecido inicio de semana, me alegra compartir nuevamente con ustedes, en esta ocasión les comparto una receta fácil, rápida y deliciosa de chayote con espinacas, este plato es muy saludable ya que tanto las espinacas como el chayote contiene muchos nutrientes muy favorables para nuestro organismo de allí la importancia de consumir vegetales en nuestra ingesta diara aqui les dejo el paso a paso de esta sencilla receta.

- 1 chayote
- 200 gramos de espinacas
- 1 cebolla pequeña
- 1/4 tallo de ajo porro
- Unas ramitas de cilantro
- Sal y pimienta al gusto
- 1/4 cucharadita de paprika
- 1/2 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
- 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
- 1 chayote
- 200 grams of spinach
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 stalk of garlic
- A few sprigs of cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Para preparar este plato lo primero que haremos es lavar muy bien los vegetales que vamos a usar, luego procedemos a trocear las hojas de espinacas, cortamos finamente el ajoporro y la cebolla, pelamos y cortamos en cubos el chayote y lo colocamos a cocinar para ablandar.
To prepare this dish the first thing to do is to wash the vegetables we are going to use very well, then we proceed to chop the spinach leaves, finely chop the garlic and onion, peel and cut into cubes the chayote and put it to cook to soften.
En un sartén colocamos aceite de oliva y ponemos la cebolla al marchitar le agregamos el ajo porro y salteamos por unos minutos, luego le agregamos las espinacas mezclamos.

Luego le añadimos sal, pimienta, ajo en polvo y páprika mezclamos y salteamos por 3 minutos.

Le colocamos el chayote mezclamos por último agregamos el cilantro dejamos por 3 minutos más para que agarre el sabor de los condimentos y lo retiramos del fuego.

Ya listo los vegetales servimos caliente, este plato es ideal como contorno en un almuerzo o para una cena ligera.
