Hi lovers of foodie, happy Sunday to everyone here I welcome you guys once again to my blog this beautiful Sunday
Today being Sunday my husband elder brother called him to inform him that he will spend his Sunday with us. So my husband gave me money to buy things and prepare for him then I come up with this wonderful idea to make a super and nice recipe for him to enjoy.
INGREDIENTS USED
🌳 One cup of Blended Melon 🍈 and USU
🌳Three tablespoons of NGO
🌳One teaspoon of salt for taste
🌳Two handful of cassava Flacks (Abacha)
🌳Some pieces of Uma leaves
🌳Two seeds of garden egg
🌳One teaspoon of dry red pepper
🌳Two cups of oil bean (ugba)
🌳One bulb of onion
🌳Some pieces of garden egg leaf 🌿
🌳Half cup of red oil
🌳Water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will show you guys how I made this recipe
I first boil water with a kettle and put my cassava flacks (Abacha) in a bowl then when the water has boil I add into my cassava flacks (Abacha) soak for some minutes.
After some minutes I checked my cassava flacks (Abacha) it has soft so I pour it into a sieve for it to remove water
Then add my melon and USU into a clean plate and add my salt for taste and a little bit of warm water mix then after that mixing the salt with the warm water I add pepper and my chopped of onions and mix together then set aside
After all that I set a pot on fire add it water and I start to mood my melon after mooding it I set it aside and my water on fire is boiling so I add my mood melon into it then cover and allow it to cook for some minutes
After for some minutes I checked my melon and it has cooked well so I bring it down and allow it to cool
And wash my Uma leaves and set aside
Then bring another pot add my red oil into it and also add my NGO and mix
After mixing the oil and the NGO I add my cassava flacks (Abacha) and mix and also add my oil bean (Ugba) and mixed them up together
Then after all that I add my chopped of onions, garden egg leaf 🍀, dry pepper and salt for taste and mix then after that I add my melon balls and mixed everything together
Here is the face of my recipe so unique 😋 and Delicious 😋
Here I used my Uma leaves and dish out my food in a local way for my brother in-law.
