Hola amigos amantes de la comida y de esta hermosa comunidad #plantpower(vegano), esta es mi participación en el nuevo desafío basada en plantas: Make Mine Green. El nombre que le coloqué a la sopa :

Vuelve a la vida ,se debe a que los ingredientes que posee contienen muchos beneficios para nuestro organismo, por ejemplo la espinaca ayuda a combatir la anemia y la acelga fortalece tu sistema inmune. Invito a mi amiga @zoraida01 a que participe en este nuevo desafío.

Bring it back to life ,is because the ingredients it has contain many benefits for our body, for example spinach helps fight anemia and chard strengthens your immune system. I invite my friend @zoraida01 to participate in this new challenge.

Deliciosa sopa para esos esos días que se encuentra sin fuerza, pruebala y veras el resultado rápidamente.

Delicious soup for those days when you find yourself without strength, try it and you will see the result quickly.

Ingredientes:

1 calabacín.
1 chayota.
1 pimentón.
100 gramos de vainitas.
2 hojas de acelga.
6 hojas de espinacas
2 pedazos de aguacate.
1 cucharada de aceite.
Sal al gusto.
Salsa de ajo.

Ingredients:

1 zucchini.
1 chayota.
1 bell pepper.
100 grams of vanitas.
2 chard leaves.
6 spinach leaves.
2 pieces of avocado.
1 tablespoon of oil.
Salt to taste.
Garlic sauce.

Preparación:😍

Lava , pela y corta en pedazos medianos el calabacín, las vainitas y la chayota.
Pica en trozos pequeños el cilantro, pimentón y la acelga.

Wash, peel and cut into medium pieces the zucchini, green beans and chayota.
Chop into small pieces the cilantro, paprika and chard.

Luego monta un caldero en la cocina y pon a sofreír el pimentón, las vainitas.

Licua el cilantro, la acelga, agrega la mezcla que se licuó en el caldero

Then set up a pot on the stove and sauté the paprika and green beans.
Blend the cilantro, the chard, add the mixture that was blended in the cauldron.

Agregue al caldero los pedazos de chayota y calabacín, tape para que la verdura se cocine.

Add the chayota and zucchini pieces to the pot, cover so that the vegetables cook.

Añade sal , salsa de ajo , cuando la verdura esté floja bajar de la candela y licuar un poco de la sopa para que espese y buen provecho. Pensaba que las sopas así eran desagradable, pero cuando probé la sopa estaba deliciosa, invito para que la preparen no se arrepentiran y les va a

"Devolver la vida".

Add salt, garlic sauce, when the vegetables are loose, remove from the heat and blend a little of the soup to thicken it and enjoy. I thought that soups like this were unpleasant, but when I tasted the soup it was delicious, I invite you to prepare it and you will not regret it.
