Today, I bring to you an easy and quick recipe of a variety of mixed stir fried delicious vegetable meal prompted by Hive Top Chef for this week, and the theme is quick and easy. I'm happy to participate in the contest, and I chose this recipe because it is quick, easy, and also a healthy dish. It me a total of 15 minutes to cook the meal with 10 minutes used to prepare vegetables and the remaining 5 minutes to cook. It is indeed a quick and easy meal.
I used 10 ingredients for this recipe
3 shallots
5 medium carrots
100g green chili
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 medium cabbage
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 cooking spoon vegetable oil
1 cucumber
1 Celery stalk
1 baby eggplant
Cooking process.
First, wash and prepare all vegetables needed.
I started with the carrots, then cabbage
shred carrots and slice chilli
I chopped the cucumber and eggplant last since it was the last to go into the pot.
Now get a pan and add vegetable oil, shallots, carrots, chilli, and celery stalk, fry for 3 minutes.
Add cabbage, soy sauce, and chilli sauce, stir and add cucumber and eggplant. Cook for 2 minutes and it's ready. It came out delicious and crunchy as expected.
