Hello hello, how are you here? Me always arriving late to the community challenges. But still on time 😃😃😃 I know they will say more bananas and plums and yeah!!! More banana and plum!

Apparently it is seasonal fruit because there are many, and Santiago liked it and I bought more for him. Due to the issue of light, they are not fruits that need refrigeration and it is a great help.

Now, this recipe is invented, I hadn't seen it around, but honestly it's a surprise. Its flavor is sweet with a citrus touch.

Plums (Prunus cultivar) is the fruit of the plum tree, it is a fruit known for its digestive properties, it is rich in vitamins K, C and A and minerals such as zinc, phosphorus, potassium, and calcium. Due to its reddish color it is rich in iron.

I use two types of plums: imported and Creole.

Peach (Prunus persica) is one of my favorite fruits. It is also recognized for its digestive properties. Its velvety skin is quite a sensation. It is a fruit with many vitamins such as A, vitamins B and C. It helps the immune system.

Banana: a fruit Rich in potassium, natural sugars. Excellent to avoid constipation. Because of its fiber, it is a fruit that provides satiety.

Oatmeal one of nature's kindest cereals, an excellent source of vitamin B. Excellent for the stomach, it helps balance the body. It is also rich in calcium.

Coconut milk: One of the most complete vegetable milks, it is rich in vegetable fats, helps reduce cholesterol and triglycerides.

Peanut (Arachis hypogaea): dry fruit rich in oils, potassium and folic acid. It is rich in protein.

Cocoa Nibs (Theobromine) Helps regulate intestinal transit (given its high fiber content), also helps regulate blood pressure and cholesterol.

Santi did quality control on the fruits

Ingredients
500ml of coconut milk
1 banana
1 imported plum
2 Creole plums
30g oatmeal
Peanut
cocoa nibs

Preparation
In the blender put the coconut milk and banana

Cut the plums and the peach into squares. I gave him the skin. Add them to the blender.

Then add the oatmeal. It is if you want you can add a little more than indicated.

Proceed to blend the mixture for 3 min at high speed.

When the mixture is homogeneous, proceed to serve in a glass.

In the glass add the peanuts and cocoa nibs. And drink very cold.

It is quite an experience, since when you drink the milkshake you also have the crunchiness of the peanuts and the nibs, which are sweetened with the milkshake.
