I'm here to show you a very wonderful recipe:
Grilled Eggplant with Lemon-Sesame seed Sauce
I know it's been a while since I posted a blog in this community and that's because I have been so busy with work and family care.
Without wasting much of our time, lets proceed.
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggplants
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Process
- Slice the egg plants into big thick circles
Mixed the sesame seeds, pepper, garlic, (which you have crushed by now), salt, and olive oil.
Keep ☝🏾 them aside.
Preheat the grill to about a medium heat
Marinade the egg plant with the mixture you made in step 2.
- Put the egg plant in the preheated grill and grill each turns for about 3 - 4 minutes on each side.
- When tender, bring out of the grill and serve.
You can varnish yours with parsley but it was not available at the moment cause I forgot to buy it in the market.
To be honest, I can't say that it taste so good, but it's not bad anyway it's a sour side dish, a dish like this will be best taken with juice especially if you're not a sweet tooth.
But nevertheless, I feel so happy that this recipe came out as I wanted.
