Happy new month Vegan, welcome to my blog.
We are in a rainy 🌧️ season as such , cold is expected to fill the atmosphere, we need something cozy and hot. So I made this delicious 😋 spicy soup 🍲 to help with this climate. This hot spicy soup reminded me of the first experience I had when I had my first child. My mom came to my house to take care of I and my new born baby which we call Omugwo visit here in my tribe. The first thing she prepared was this spicy aromatic soup but with assorted fish. It was the first time I tasted it. I never liked it before till I knew that the health benefits is so amazing.
Let's move on to the business of the day.
Ingredients:
-A handful of mushrooms
- 1 Aden fruit
2 tablespoon of palm - 4 Uda pods
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 3 chili peppers
- 3 cloves garlic
- Salt, to taste
- Utazi leaves, chopped (for added flavor)
Instructions:
First wash and prepare all the ingredients.
Then pour in water into the pot put in the Aidan fruit (the Aidan fruit has a very spicy and aromatic taste that when boiled, mixes with the water for better flavour). When it starts boiling, put in the other ingredients.
Let the soup boil for about 6 minutes then take out the Aidan fruit.
