Maybe it's a good step when I go there, the eggplant is not too old, so there are no seeds in it.
Eggplant has many types and in my field. Grow two types of eggplant. Namely round purple eggplant and long green eggplant. These two types of eggplant are very tasty, especially the eggplant in my field is not exposed to fertilizer, which is sure that the taste of this eggplant is not bitter. Eggplant is a type of vegetable that can be processed with a variety of menus. In the past, people only processed eggplant with coconut milk and spicy stir fry, then fried in flour. But now, along with the development of the times and increasing creativity. So the way of processing food is also developed, not only that - that's all from the existing ancestral recipes.
And this is where I don't just use eggplant as a side dish for rice. But today I will make eggplant as a filling, healthy and not torturing snack for those of you who are on a diet. In this post, I try to process eggplant into burgers. This is the first time I have made this eggplant into a burger in the form of a snack and it actually exceeded my expectations. It tasted quite good and quite filling, especially for me, a woman who is trying to maintain my ideal shape.

Materials needed
1. Purple Round Eggplant
2. Margarine
3. Soy Tempe
4. Carrots
5. Tomato
6. A little salt water
How to make :
1. Wash the eggplant thoroughly, then cut it into circles and soak it in water until the color is not too brown
2. Cut the tempeh according to your creativity
3. Peel the carrots, wash thoroughly then grate with a cheese grater
4. Cut the tomatoes
5. Heat margarine in Teflon using low heat
6. Then fry the eggplant which has previously been soaked in salt water, so that the eggplant also has a taste and is not salty
7. Tempe that has been cut and then dipped in salt water to have a salty taste and fry the tempeh along with the eggplant.
8. Remove the eggplant and tempeh after the color has turned brown.
9. And after everything is cooked you can arrange the levels of this eggplant burger according to your wishes and according to your taste and here I will arrange according to my taste of course and don't forget the final result I add chili sauce to complement the spicy taste according to my taste .
And I can enjoy my eggplant burger. You can just change the ingredients, for example, you can change tempeh with eggs, then you can add lettuce, cucumber, or purple cabbage to make the color much more beautiful. Obviously, it's all up to your taste. The important thing is not to replace the eggplant, because the eggplant is the main star here.😂😂
