Hi!!!Lovers of Foodie,I hope you all are doing well,I welcome you all to my blog this morning.
This morning I decided to make this tastes like a treat? These Banana & Oatmeal Pancakes are a golden bite of comfort—naturally sweet, gluten-free, and packed with fiber. 🍌🥞
Blended or mashed ripe bananas, hearty oats, and a tablespoon of salt and sugar comes together to make a nice delicious Pancake that is very tasty 👅.
INGREDIENTS USED
Three riped Banana 🍌
One cup of Rolled Oats
One tablespoon of salt
One tablespoon of sugar
PROCEDURE
In this procedure,I will show you all how I made this yummy and sweet pancake Receipe.
First I poured the oats on my bowl,then I cut the banana into small pieces,and poured it on my bowl,then I added my sugar and salt .
Then I mix the oats very well with the mashed banana and other ingredients such as salt and sugar and stir the ingredients well.
I have managed to prepare the mix to make my pancake ,the process is super fast,and I think in less then some minutes,we will have our pancake 🥞 ready.
I will place my frying pan on my cooker over Medium Heat and then I will spread a little vegetable oil on the button to prevent the mixture from sticking the metal.then I starts putting my Ingredients into the baking pan bit by bit.
Then I will put my small portions on the mixture of my pan ,I will use my spoon to give my pancake a round shape,I recommend the pancake are not too soft so that they will cook so well and faster
After some while of frying it,my Pancake was ready as my husband and kids were requesting for more but I only made two pieces,next time I will make more then two .
