Greetings!!! To this wounderful community,How are you people doing,I hope you all are good and fine .I welcome you all to my blog today.
Today being Saturday Morning and also weekend,I decided to make this rice and stew 🍲 with vegetables Receipe for my kids and I decided to make it for them very snappy because they were very Hungry,which after making my food,they really enjoyed this Receipe and I decided to use it and make a post.
INGREDIENTS USED
Five cups of rice
Five pieces of fresh tomatoes 🍅
Half litre of vegetables oil
One tablespoon of salt
Few pieces of fresh pepper
Five pieces of tatashi pepper 🌶
One medium sachet of tomato paste
One tablespoon of curry spice
Two pieces of cucumber 🥒
Three pieces of Banana 🍌
One bulb of onions 🧅
Water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure,I will show you all how I made this Tasty and culinary to Heaven Receipe.
First I prepared all my ingredients and set aside.
Then I washed my ingridients,slice my tomatoes,and the put all of them in the pot and stem them to dry water and set aside.
Then I pounded my fresh tomatoes,fresh pepper and tatashi pepper all together and put in my plate,then I put my pot on fire and poured my vegetable oil and allow it to heat a little.
When my oil gets heated , I added my chopped onions 🧅.
I added my ingredients,such as fresh tomatoes,tatashi pepper and fresh pepper and then pour my sachet tomatoes paste , then add my curry spice and salt.
I now Stired very well.
After a while,my stew was Ready and I set it aside.
Then I poured water on my rice and washed it and then perboiled it .
After perboiling for a while,I seived my rice and then put back on my pot and starts cooking,I added my salt,and after a while,my rice drained water and my rice was ready.
I now served my Rice and stew with Vegetables and it was very Tasty,nutritional and Healthy for the body which my kids enjoyed very well and asked for more.
