Good day to my Hive Family,Hope you all are doing Just Fine and Good,i am very happy to share this special Receipe with you all today .I welcome you all to my Blog this Morning.
Today my Husband was craving for this Special Sauce cooked with Veggies and served with a palatable white rice,so I went to my nearby Market and bought all I needed for this Receipe which turns out very presentable,Tasty and delicious,and he loved it so much and suggested I should be making this Receipe For him Twice a week though I forget to add my Cucumber to my Food, but he loved this Tasty Receipe 👅 very well.
INGREDIENTS USED
Four pieces of carrots 🥕
One piece of green pepper 🫑
Few pieces of green Beans
Five cups of rice
One sachet of power vegetable oil
One sachet of Gino curry spice
Five pieces of fresh tomatoes 🍅
One tablespoon of Salt
One piece of coconut 🥥
One piece of spring onions 🧅.
PROCEDURE
In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this sweet coconut sauce served with palatable white rice Receipe.
First I prepared all my ingredients and sliced and chopped them one after the other and set aside.
Then I washed my ingredients,break and peel out my coconut 🥥,use my Grader and graded it very well and then pour a little water on it and seive it out and set aside.
Then after seiving it,I put my dried pot on my cooker,added my power vegetable oil and then added my onions
I now added my My spring onions ,added my fresh tomatoes,my fresh pepper,my green pepper,carrots,green pepper 🫑 and my salt and then stired very well.
Then after a while of stemming my sauce and stiring very well,I added my coconut 🥥 water and stir again
And now my sauce was ready to serve.
Then I put a little water on my pot again and closed it to heat very well.
I now washed my rice and seived it and put it in my pot to per-boil.
After perboiling it ,I seived it out again and pour back to my pot and add a little salt and cook it untill all the water are drained very well.
Now my white rice 🍚 is ready.
Now my coconut 🥥 Sauce cooked with Veggies 🥗 and served with palatable white rice 🍚 was served to my husband which he enjoyed so much and asked for more which I gave him.
