Warm greetings to everyone here how are you all doing today, hopefully you day is going well as for me my day is going well and am happy enjoying my lunch with macaroni combine with beans.
Choosing what to eat is good when you combine your meal with two different things that has two different nutrient like how I combine beans which is protein and macaroni which is carbohydrates this is a well balance meal.
Let's go on the ingredients I used in making my macaroni and beans
INGREDIENTS USED
2 cups of beans
1/2 park of macaroni
1 sechet of tomato paste
1/2 cup of groundunt oil
5 tablespoon of grounded fresh tomatoes
Salt to taste
1 medium Onion
1 tablespoon of dry pepper
1/2 tablespoon of mix spice
5 stems of vegetables
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will first select my beans by removing the spoilt ones and the chaff after that I will now put them in my pot add water and cook.
I will parboil my beans for a very long time I will now put my macaroni after some minutes I will now bring them down drain the water and wash.
I will now wash and slice my onions and my vegetables.
In a dry pot I will put my groundunt oil allow to heat I will now put my salt, my onions stir for some seconds I will add my grounded tomatoes and stir for some minutes I will now add my tomato paste and also stir for some minutes.
I will now add my mix spice , my pepper and add water and put my macaroni and beans and stir them together and cover my pot.
I will allow them to get done I will now add my slice vegetables and stir very well.
Here my food is ready.

Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting the taste is topnotch and most importantly the meal contains a lot of nutrients.
