How are you all.. I am going to share with you the aggala recipe that I prepared for our tea time this evening. actually, It is a delicious aggala flour full of grains.
This flour contains soya, corn, rice, green gram .So you know that these grains contain high nutrients. We call this Samaposha. This Samaposha is a very famous and tasty quality flour here. So we call the aggala made from this flour as Samposha aggala.
Also, since this Samposha is a cereal food, it is also given to small children as a breakfast cereal. So this is very good even for a little hunger.
Method of preparation
We need for this samaposha aggala
- Samaposha 5 tbsp
- sugar 1 tbsp
- scraped coconut
- Boiled water
- 1step
First add the grated coconut in a separate bowl. You can get a better taste by adding more coconut.
- 2 step
Now add for that one table spoon of sugar . Honey can be added instead of sugar.Some people add a little salt to this. I don't add salt because I don't like the taste of salt.

Now mix this sugar and coconut well. After add to that samaposha flour .mix all well.
- 4 step
Oky. Now slowly add water little by little and knead this mixture.
Knead without sticking to hands. If the water is too much, it will be difficult to make this aggala.

Now make this kind of Samposha Aggala. Look at this
