Anyway, here I am again with one of my summer recipes: a simple but incredibly tasty rice dish!
For this recipe, you'll need:
- 120 grams of plain rice
- 90 grams of canned corn
- 2 medium zucchini
- 100 ml of soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons of salt
First, let's prepare the zucchini. Clean them thoroughly and then cut them into roughly the same size pieces. Set them aside for a moment with a tablespoon of salt to remove some of the bitterness.

En fin, aquà estoy de nuevo con una de mis recetas de verano: ¡un arroz sencillo pero riquÃsimo!
Para esta receta, necesitarán:

- 90 gramos de maÃz enlatado
- 2 calabacines medianos
- 100 ml de salsa de soja
- 4 cucharadas de sal
Primero, preparemos los calabacines. LÃmpienlos bien y córtelos en trozos más o menos del mismo tamaño. Resérvenlos un momento con una cucharada de sal para quitarles el amargor.

Luego, ponemos a hervir una olla con agua y la sal restante. Una vez que hierva, añadimos el calabacÃn y lo cocinamos durante 14 minutos. Después, añadimos el arroz y lo cocinamos durante otros 14 minutos.
