Of course, sweet potatoes are one of my favorite tubers, besides being cheap, sweet potatoes are that good. Even without being processed, I am used to enjoying sweet potatoes, both as snacks and even as a mainstay of my healthy breakfast.
Spicy Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Spicy roasted sweet potatoes are sweet potatoes that are processed by cutting and then stirring with chili spices, seaweed and also olive oil. All the spices are mixed in one dish and then roasted for a long time because I use low heat with a small temperature. I do this so that the sweet potato cooks evenly and the spices soak perfectly into all parts of the sweet potato.

Ingredients Used
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon chopped nori
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon mushroom stock
½ teaspoon ground pepper
½ teaspoon ground paprika
Making Procedure
Clean the sweet potato then cut it into small pieces according to my taste.
When all the ingredients are ready, add the sweet potatoes in a baking dish then add sesame oil.
Add chili powder and all other ingredients.
Then put the seaweed pieces and then paprica powder, and add 1 tablespoon margarine, Flatten and stir until evenly mixed.
Bake at 100 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat for about 1 hour. Depending on your oven and the texture of doneness you want.
Result
Spicy Roasted Sweet Potato is ready to enjoy, give a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top or you can give fried onions for more savory results. Now when serving I also add a sprinkle of chopped nori back maybe if you have pasley or dried oregano you can add it on top it will be more beautiful your presentation.
Don't doubt that the taste is very good, spicy, savory, and the sweetness of sweet potatoes cannot be denied. We recommend using orange or yellow sweet potatoes for maximum results. I really like how the texture of the sweet potato is soft and perfectly cooked even though I bake it in my oven. The result is very maximum and certainly delicious like no other.
